"The stay was pleasant, and the service met expectations. However, the baths require maintenance. The hot water system was not functioning. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was largely unavailable throughout the stay. Environment was clean and tidy and service was good and friendly."

"My stay at Ramat Luxury Hotel was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this hotel to future guests. The road leading to the property is in terrible condition—our driver damaged his suspension and exhaust trying to reach the hotel.
