New!!! Luxury Riverfront Oasis with Gorgeous Oaks and Ping Pong Table!

Take it easy at this riverfront oasis with gorgeous oak trees. It is nestled on the Guadalupe River and close to downtown, restaurants, and shopping. It is conveniently located between San Antonio and Austin. It is the perfect get away if you are looking for a relaxing weekend or week on the river.
Nolan Street River house offers a spacious open floor plan. It has thee bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bathrooms are stocked with bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, toiletries and toilet paper. The Kitchen is also stocked with pots, pans, dishes and basic condiments. There long circular driveway has plenty of parking.

The river house has a huge back yard with lots of outdoor spaces to entertain and great views of the Guadalupe river. There is a deck with a BBQ grill and seating that leads down to the river with plenty of space to lounge and hang out with family and friends. The gorgeous oak trees on the property are some of the oldest in Seguin.

If you are looking for more of an adventure, you don't have to go far from here to find it. The river house is located less than 30 minutes away from Schlitterbahn, Tubing on the Comal and Gudalupe Rivers in New Braunfels, the San Marcos Outlet Mall, Natural Bridge Caverns, The Animal World & Snake Farm Zoo featured on Dirty Jobs, The Gruene Hall , Gruene Historic District, the New Braunfels Rail Road Museum, Landa Park, Prince Solms Park and the Faust Street Bridge.

If you are looking to do something close in Seguin there is ZDT's Amusement Park, Floating the Guadalupe at Seguin Tubes, The Seguin Aquatic Center at Starke Park, Blue Lotus Winery, Seguin Brewing Company, BS Brewing Company and the Pape Pecan Nutcracker Museum which are all less than 10 minutes away.
Other things to note
We have plenty of parking for cars on the driveway. Only small cars will fit in the garage.

Update: PLEASE NOTE: In March 2023, Meadow Lake (aka Lake Nolte) was lowered 12' when they opened the dam. We still have water access and stairs that lead to the river. We were fortunate enough to be on the deepest part of the river so water levels are high enough to float, swim, fish, lounge in tubes and even kayak. We've added a few "non-professional" photos for you to visualize what it's like right now (labeled updated)

Great secluded house on a large property. Very clean house on the inside. All the amenities you could need are there.

We really enjoyed our stay! My son, nephew, brother in law, and I sent a few days shooting doves in the Cibilo and San Marcos area. This home was a great place to relax between outings and provided all we needed. It is very roomy, clean and comfortable. We appreciated the property being in town, but also very secluded. We hope to return next year.

My family and I had a blast floating the river, and hanging out in the backyard. We encountered an armadillo, raccoons, an owl, mockingbirds, and cardinals!

This was a great place for a little getaway with the kids and grandkids. The yard was so fun for the kids. They were in heaven with the river, fishing and climbing the trees. The house was great. Felt like you were at Grandma's house. The whole family had a great time. We will hopefully be back.

Loved the big windows and the view. The backyard was beautiful. Just on a hill so a little hard to get to the river. Water was really low and the house got a bit warm during the day. Overall a great place for a bigger group. Great response time from owners.

We had the best time at this property! The house was clean, beautiful scenery, and just what we were looking for in a weekend getaway. We wanted a place that was quiet & quaint but yet close enough for tubing in New Braunfels. We enjoyed the river front access & spent hours in the water at this location. Would definitely recommend for family or friends getaway! Thanks you for a great stay!

Kara and her sisters were very accommodating and made sure my family, friends and I had a great new year's weekend experience. This charming place has amazing views of the guadalupe river, the boardgames and foosball table brought many hours of fun to the kids! The house is well equipped with everything you'll need to make great memories!

Stayed at this home for a week with my family the week of thanksgiving! Cooked an entire thanksgiving meal here. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out on sofas, recliners, game room and the outdoor area. Super convenient location just blocks away from HEB, Walmart and CVS. These women really know how to host some guest. Very sweet!

This home was more than what we could have ask for. My in-laws came to visit from Florida and we decided to do a weekend getaway that was close to home and this couldn't have been any better. The owners by far have been the best, they checked on us and communicated with us before, during, and after our stay.
