"Die Zimmer waren klein aber es wurde alles vorbereitet. Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich. Fenster war defekt und es gab kein Griff an diesem um es zu schließen. Daher war es recht laut von der Straße her. Das öffnen der Türen per App ist lustig, aber auch nur wenn es funktioniert. Dieses war leider nicht der Fall. Zumindest nicht bei der Zimmertür. Kein Frühstück inkl. und für 19€ p.P auch zu teuer zum dazu buchen."

"Der Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus war rundum gelungen. Die Zimmer waren sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt – die Ausstattung war vollständig und durchdacht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastgeberin: äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und immer bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Selbst an unsere Hunde wurde gedacht – mit Leckerlies und gemütlichen Hundekörben. Absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Good location and nice interior design, but missed the lack of in person support/a reception. Would be very inconvenient to stay here without a mobile phone - if you forgot to write the code down, and your phone battery died, you wouldn’t be able to access your room. Simple requests and questions via the app work well, but a request for a missing Salzburg guest mobility card took over 24 hours to rectify (and was too late to be used). The free lockers were good, but need maintenance."

"This pleasant and spacious apartment on the top floor of a traditional Austrian home is accurately represented by the photos on the website. It is full of character and has lovely views of the Gaisberg and a local pasture with sheep. It is in a quiet neighbourhood in Bergheim, yet it is close to downtown Salzburg. We were travelling by car and the location was perfect for us: it was a 10 minute drive to all the famous sites in Salzburg and it is also conveniently located close to the highway A1...

"The apartment was very nice and in an ideal location. The air conditioner in the bedroom was broken so the apartment was hot every time we came back. They provided two fans which helped a bit. Also there is no microwave or any appliances for heating up food. Other than that the stay was great."
