A newly refurbished Sedona cottage that embraces the original rustic red rock style from the 1940's. There are two bedrooms that are newly decorated comfortably for our guests. The updated bathroom has a full tiled shower and beautiful cabinets. The remodeled kitchen is fully stocked for the convenience of cooking meals. There is a large great room with plenty of space for relaxation. There is Wifi and a flat screen TV for your pleasure. Outdoor space has three patios for relaxing and barbequeing. The cottage is located one street from Historic Uptown Sedona. Dining, shopping, wine tasting, entertainment, tours, and Oak Creek Canyon are all within steps. Biking and hiking trails are abundant in the Uptown Sedona area. This location has spectacular views that are breathtaking. There is no need to drive a car because everything you'll need to enjoy beautiful Sedona is within walking distance.

This house was the perfect location in Sedona. Walking distance to the town and the shops and we had a good coffee shop two doors down which was nice. The house itself was very clean, and provided everything you need. Highly recommend!

Location was excellent -- a very short walk (1 block) to the Uptown shops and eateries. Though it was right smack dab in Uptown Sedona, the views were magnificent and private outdoor spaces felt cozy and secluded. The property was clean, nicely decorated and fully stocked with necessities for kitchen, bath, and bedrooms. I highly recommend a stay at this property.

The location was prime. It is a small corner lot, but traffic was lite in early October. The LR & DR furniture is adequate. The beds are comfortable with very soft linens. The bathroom is large with a nice shower that could use more shelving and a bench. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, glassware, and utensils. There are only lids for the two small sauce pans, none for the skillets. There are no spices or cooking oil.

Absolutely perfect home base for an amazing vacation. The house is decorated to go with region. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen had all appliances needed and the bathroom was clean and well stocked. I highly recommend Peach Tree . If I ever visit Sedona again I will book The Peach Tree again as well as recommend it to friends.

Fantastic Vacation!

This was the perfect location for us to end our vacation. So accessible to Sedona, restaurants and shopping. The home is perfect with so many amenities for our stay. It was comfortable and a great place to relax at the end of the day.

The Peach Tree Inn was Magical

My son and I came to Sedona to celebrate his college graduation and the Peach Tree Inn was the perfect place for this trip. The property was immaculate and located in the perfect location! We walked to all the shops and restaurants in a matter of minutes. Our host was so kind and extremely responsive with answers! We will definitely be back!

Lovely long weekend

This was the second time we have stayed at this house. The house is in the best location to Uptown. We walked to many restaurants and shops from here. The house is very clean and comfortable. This time we brought our teenage daughter and she loved it. The entire process of booking and getting info from the host was very simple. This is our go to place to stay in Sedona. We will be back!

Absolutely loved everything about our stay in Sedona in this beautiful home! Close to walking for everything and close to the sites we visited. Amazing Sedona Uptown location

Fantastic house, with all amenities. Literally walking distance to all Uptown Sedona activities. 5 min drive to Jordan Trail Head. Super clean, own private parking. The house is EXACTLY as in the photos—beautiful views of Red Rocks from front porch. Genna provided fast and friendly communication.I highly recommend this place to anyone headed to Sedona.

Wonderful property

Property was great ! Walking distance to uptown Sedona . Amazing views . The only issue we had was that we couldn’t hook up to our streaming services to watch a late night movie and the tv channels were very limited .
