From the moment you arrived, this group took care of us and we checked in very late. From the greeting, the food delivered to our room with a special dining table. It was impeccable service. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend. "

"The property overall is good. The only need is that rooms need touchup. There were so many cracks on the floor service from dimple and Drishti was fabulous. One more thing they promised for the amenities which didn’t show up to my room and it was not only me another lady who was staying at the property. She also mentioned to the front desk agent that she didn’t receive her amenities yet so please try to be top off everything."

S'hi serveixen esmorzars, dinars i sopars

"出張で11泊宿泊。　ホテルはキレイに豪華に保たれています。部屋には、横幅は狭いがバスタブも有り、夏場であれば45℃設定のお湯が出ます。タオルはバスタオルとフェースタオル(バスマットと同じものの時も有り）だけ。水は瓶が2本、冷蔵庫は空。Wifiは問題無し。新聞は部屋には提供されない。停電が多かった印象があります。朝食は税込み885Rs./日で後付けしましたが、外国人にとっては食べるものが無いです。ソーセージ、ベーコンが無いとクレームしたら、ソーセージは出て来るようになりました。その内、3か所の提供スペースの一つが廃止。とにかく、従業員（ウエイター、ウェイトレス等）が多すぎ、煩わしいです。常に客より多い。夕食は、日本食レストラン有り。　朝食を提供するレストランでカルボラーナを食べたら激マズでした。"

"Negatives: For the price I paid, I feel the rooms are very small, not much hangers for hanging clothes or towels. The lift is very small and inconvenient. The front desk staff has copies of the customer passports and Id's lying around on the counter which concerned me of potential identity theft. Positives: The staff was very courteous and helpful all the time."

"What sets this property apart from others is the staff. They were helpful, kind and really cared about delivering top notch service to guests. Nothing was too much.
