"The hotel itself is nice. The location was convenient, but the neighborhood around was not a place I wanted to walk around at night. The staff were very friendly and the amenities in the room were great."

"The staff were exceptional! Friendly, helpful, went out of their way to accommodate. The building is older but is good for a basic stay if you are not looking for high end bells and whistles. Close to public transportation, but on those Seattle hills."
