Entire Studio Apartment - Climate Pledge Arena & Space Needle

Welcome to Mercer Furnished Apartments! We offer an amazing studio apartment located in the heart of Lower Queen Anne - Climate Pledge Arena is a block away and Seattle Center with the Space Needle, Opera House and Pacific NW Ballet are just a short walk.

The apartment is located inside a quaint, 3-story, walk up, brick building with a secured gate entry and front door. We do not have an elevator in the building.

You will be booking into a studio apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom. You will have a dining room table along with a separate desk and office chair. Our basic wifi package is complimentary and we offer a high-speed business package upgrade at a daily, weekly or monthly fee! Working from your new home in the city can be a breeze.

The apartment has one queen size bed and one couch that can be folded open to a full-size bed. The space is comfortable for 3 grown adults or for a family of two adults and two young children. We can also provide a double air mattress if needed.

We have an amazing, professional housekeeping crew to clean the unit and wash all the linens. You will find the apartment fresh and clean!

Early check in or late check outs are not guaranteed. If we have another guest checking in or out on the same day as you, we require the entire window of time to turn over the apartment. In case that we can, we offer $25 per hour up to 2 hours total. We wont know until 24 hours prior to your arrival, so please be sure to ask us! If you want more than 2 hours extra, we encourage you to reserve the night before or the night after so that you can arrive and depart at your leisure.

**All guests are advised to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation policies are enforced.**

This studio apartment is perfect! We loved the ease and convenience of the location and the apartment had everything we needed. Communication was just right. We had a great stay and would come back again.

Great little apartment

Unit was nice, perfect for what we were in the area for since we had a busy schedule. Building was really cute and well kept for such an old building. The neighbor to the Left of the unit we stayed in seemed to be in distress the whole time we were there (screaming/throwing things) but that wasn’t a huge problem for us may be worth management looking into though.

Wonderful apartment in noisy neighborhood

The bars and restaurants are noisy late at night but it's close to many things and the apartment has a desk space as well as the bedroom and kitchen. Very usable for a small apartment and our one request was promptly handled.

Perfect Seattle vacation rental

This unit was perfectly located for all our Seattle activities. Additionally, it was immaculate, very cute, and had all the amenities we needed to ensure we made the most of our brief stay. Location, location, location!

We were in Seattle to attend a concert at Climate Pledge Arena. We added a couple of extra days for sightseeing. The location was great! The arena was just a short walk away and there was so much to see in the area. The host was great and helped walk us through any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Great getaway!

We had an amazing time here, the location is amazing with plenty of things to do. This was perfect for our plans of exploring the city as the monorail is a 10 minute walk away, with the one line being at the end of the monorail.

Great stay

Melanie is very available. Close to/walking distance to bay and aquarium/boardwalk. A bit noisy at night so I used ear plugs. Kitchen easy to use; one element was not working on stove but the others worked well. Good ventilation with windows. Great for a short stay. Across the street from market place. Recommend using very small car if you park on the premises as the ability to maneuver car is low.

Nice location, lots of space

We were in easy walking distance of lots of attractions. Neighborhood was a little loud at night, which obviously the host could do nothing about but might be good for the next people to know. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. Loved the key code system so we didn't have to keep track of keys. Great for the price we paid.

The property was easy to find, however code entry at the gate was a bit confusing and the screen doesn't have a very good display due to age. The room was very warm, with no ac, however we were able to maintain with the fan at 70° outside temps.

It was cute cozy easy to check in. The host was very responsive and friendly over phone and text. And it was a nice apartment. I’ll definitely visit again and make sure to tell people about this place. It’s a great last minute option. I’m literally so thankful I found a place. I was worried I wouldn’t😅
