The Skyway Home

Enjoy our lovely 1954 custom built midcentury home located on the outskirts of Seattle. It is located on a quiet street, and is convenient to the airport as well as being an easy drive to downtown. The kitchen has been remodeled with a 6-burner gas stove, an in-wall oven and microwave, spacious counters, and two dishwashers. The daylight basement includes a billiard room and media room for watching TV and movies. In the backyard, you will find a big jungle gym that is great for kids.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
- The home offers four comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms spread across two levels, providing privacy and flexibility for your group.
- Two bedrooms feature queen-size beds, third bedroom with a full-size bed, and the fourth includes a bunk bed — ideal for families or groups traveling together.

Entertainment Room
- Downstairs, you’ll find a spacious entertainment room with a pool table, a cozy lounge area, and plenty of space to unwind after a day exploring Seattle.
- A full-size washer and dryer, along with additional freezer storage, are also available for guest use.
- Please note: the fireplace is decorative only and not functional.

Outdoor Space
- Surrounded by lush greenery, the property offers ample outdoor space for relaxation, play, and making lasting memories.
- Watch the kids enjoy the playset while you take in the breathtaking views from the yard or patio.

Air Conditioning
- Please note that air conditioning is available only on the lower level via a mini-split unit. The upstairs level does not have air conditioning.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home except for a couple locked supply closets.

Security Deposit
To help protect our space and ensure a great stay for everyone, a refundable security deposit is required for all reservations. This deposit is collected automatically 2 days before check-in through Hospitable’s secure system and will be held until after check-out (released 2 days later if there are no issues).

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Want to make the most of your stay? Early check-in and late check-out are available (subject to availability) for a small additional fee, as they require special coordination with our cleaning team. Trash & Recycling Expectations
By booking our property, you will be required to help us with trash and recycling collection.

What to do:
- Tuesday night – Please roll the bins out to the curb
- Wednesday after pickup – Bring the bins back in

If the bins aren’t taken out and we have to arrange an extra pickup due to overflow, a fee of $50–$200 may apply to cover the cost of the city’s ad-hoc collection service. In addition, be sure to sort your trash and recycling accordingly otherwise the city will not pick up and a similar ad-hoc collection fine will be incurred.

• For stays longer than 10 days, we require a mid-stay home cleaning for an additional $140. For stays longer than 20 days, we will require two mid-stay home cleanings for $140/each.
• There is an uncovered car port. There is no garage.
• This dwelling is multilevel and is not designed to accommodate individuals with disabilities. Guests should be comfortable with staircases, as there are multiple levels. Refer to the above description for the detailed layout by floor.
• While we consider our home to be suitable for children and families, please be aware that it is not child-proofed. Kindly ensure that children are supervised at all times.
