The Edmonds Guest House Family Friendly

Charming guest house in the Edmonds Bowl. The unit features a full kitchen with up to date appliances. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need including coffee maker, pots, and spices. A living room with a leather couch and recliners to relax and unwind from the day. Next to the living room 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, walk-in closet with plenty of storage. A laundry room washer and dryer located in the basement. Outside features a cozy patio with view of the Sound, great for the hot summer days. A brick driveway for parking that can accommodate up to 3 vehicles. Next to the house is a bus stop located for transit into the town. For your convenience across the street is a mini-mart and a well reputable Italian restaurant. Less than a two mile walk or drive to downtown Edmonds and the Waterfront.

Discounts, There are extended stay discounts at 10% for 7+ days and 15% for 30+days. Please, we ask with the utmost respect, do not ask for additional discounts. The Edmonds Guest House is a great value for the dollar and is generally has a pretty full calendar. Thank you.

Edmonds, Washington is a heart-warming little town. With charming mom & pop shops, a retro movie theater, fine dining & casual restaurants, a mixture of themed bars, and a lovely beach that provides a ferry to Kingston Island. The town is located 25 minutes north from Seattle.

My husband and I were absolutely delighted to have such a lovely guest house during our stay in Edmonds! I am incredibly picky about cleanliness and was relieved and grateful to see the beautiful, well-cared for home. Everything we needed was available and we were taken care of very well. I highly recommend this home to anyone (and don’t write reviews often at all because my standards tend to be really high). Excellent location in Edmonds! We hope to be back one day.

Walking distance (1 mile) to town and sunset. Everything we needed to stay comfortably for 9 days. Nice sitting area outside that we didn’t use much because always out and about!

Delightful stay in Edmonds

Just returned home from a 30 day stay at a delightful house in Edmonds. The house is very nice, well lit and nicely furnished with lots of natural light. It was very clean. The kitchen was well appointed. The Hosts were responsive to all our requests. They checked in on a regular basis. We were having difficulty with the tv and watching streaming services such as Netflix. When we told Travis he immediately checked it out and went to Costco and bought a new tv!Cons: there is a lot of road noise. Bring a noise cancelling machine. I never leave home without it. Also, exiting the driveway is difficult because the hedges block your view of oncoming traffic.

Thoughtful property owners

We stayed in this property during our annual visit to adult children in the area. The rental was spacious and had everything we needed. The only drawback was the location which was on a busy, noisy street, making the use of the outside patio not an option. However, we found Tammie and Travis to be very responsive to the questions we had and the help we needed. They helped to make our stay very pleasant. We would certainly stay there again.

Perfect for Our Vacation!

The house was very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The owners were so helpful and responsive. We loved the location because we have family both north and south of Seattle, plus Edmonds is a pretty little town to visit. This was a perfect place for our visit to the PNW.

Great place

Our stay here was perfect for us. Lots of room and very clean. They had everything we needed for the 9 days. The beds are so comfy! Slept so well. We will stay again when we visit. Tammie was very responsive and reached out to make sure we were happy and enjoying our stay. We’d loved it!!

Just like home

After 40 years of being gone loved this property and its location near where I grew up. Everything you need is provided from shampoo to a stocked kitchen all you need is the food you will cook. Host was wonderful and their home is a home not just a place to stay. You will love it highly recommend

Easy check in and convenient location for my trip to visit family. Bed was comfortable and shower worked well. Living area a bad kitchen were also nice. Nice view of the water from the porch. Check out was easy too!

Wonderful Getaway

We have a very enjoyable stay at the Edmonds Guest House. Edmonds is one of my favorite seaside towns in Washington and the Guest House location is perfect for access to shopping and dining. The Guest House is charming and has excellent amenities. Waking up every day to a view of the Puget Sound was lovely. The hosts are very welcoming and extremely responsive with communication. Being able to bring pets is such a plus. I highly recommend this rental.

Clean and comfortable and near everything Edmonds has to offer.

Everything about this property is as listed and communication with Tanmie was seamless. Nice walk through lovely neighborhood to Edmonds shopping and restaurants if you want a little exercise! (About 1.5 mile round trip I think…)
