"This is a motel. There are no elevators. I am a senior citizen with mobility challenges and heavy luggage. I was booked on the 3rd floor. The check in clerk carried my luggage upstairs for me and someone was sent to carry my luggage down for check out. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. Parking is off-site across the street from hotel it did make me a little concerned however we had no issues or problems with our vehicle

Unit had tracking on it and watched it move before it was turned off. Will be filing a police report and continuing to demand the issue be resolved and replacement of my device be satisfied"
