This cozy rambler home is in a prime Magnolia location with parking space and a large backyard. Enjoy your morning coffee on either of the deck, or summer cookout in the fully-fenced backyard. Enjoy the local life in one of Seattle's finest neighborhoods while also being a stone's throw away from every tourist attraction. Met Market and dog-friendly Discovery Park. This perfectly located home is ready for visitors, travelers, or families who will enjoy the wonderful space.

This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath rambler about 913sqft, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with a few steps to entry. Both bedrooms have queen beds, living room has a pullout couch with a full mattress.

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.

**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

Incredible last minute booking

We had to book overnight and the process to check in was still seamless. We extended our stay last minute as well and the communication was really incredible and we were accommodated very quickly. The neighborhood is quiet and our stay was lovely. No complaints at all!

Anniversary Trip

Lovely house in a quiet neighborhood. It was a cold weekend so having the hot tub was a nice treat! Discovery Park was really close and had great walking paths. Our dog loved the fenced in yard.

Nice stay with few issues

The house itself was comfortable and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Host provided coffee, sugar and creamer which is always appreciated. There were some condiments such as olive oil, soy sauce etc available as well. My main concern and the reason for 4 stars rather than 5 was the state of the hot tub. It was not as clean as we are accustomed to when renting properties. We feel that we paid a premium for that option and we’re not comfortable with the state of the hot tub. We had rented a car so I’m unable to provide information as to the convenience of public transportation but the property is in a fairly good location to access most attractions in the city within 10-15 minutes. There’s a fairly nice market up the street from the property but it’s not really a neighborhood suited for walking and there are no restaurants available without having to drive.

Spring break getaway

We had a fabulous time in Seattle and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brygger cottage. The property was fantastic. The home was cozy and comfortable. We were close to downtown and all of the activities we wanted to do. Will be back again!

Cozy City Getaway

My two best friends and I booked the cottage for a long overdue girl’s trip and we had an amazing time! The cottage was adorable and spacious with plenty of space for the three of us. The beds were super comfortable, and the hot tub was a great way to relax at the end of the day. The location was perfect: close and convenient for everything in Seattle, but quiet and secluded. We loved it!

overall nice stay

overall nice stay. Location decent to downtown, rooms pretty clean. Lower rating is due to the fact that the hot tub was not cleaned before we came which was really upsetting :( there were two electronic cigarettes at the bottom of the hot tub left there and lots of little debris floating around. Hot tub was one of main reasons we booked this time of year so it was a bit disappointing.

Location was amazing--bus stop up the street taking you downtown. Magnolia Park a 5 minute walk. Great fenced backyard for our dogs to play off leash. Beds were super cozy. Heat took a bit of adjusting, either too warm or too cold for awhile but workable. Cute bathroom, nice shower, great open kitchen. Could use a few more pans, 8x8 square would be great, and at least the basics in terms of condiments. a couple throws were obviously soiled, living room couch could be updated. Overall would stay here again.

Quaint and clean little cottage with great back yard!

We had an awesome time here visiting our adult daughter in Seattle! The hot tub was great after a day of hiking! We loved the backyard and the huge tree canopy! Place was cute and quaint perfect for the 3 of us. The air conditioners in the bedrooms were an added bonus as the listing said no AC! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for Family vacation in Seattle

Hi, A great property for our multi generational vacation in Seattle. All amenities and comfort were there for us. Great cute neighborhood but definatly needed a car. good parking and very safe. Amazing garden and you feel like you are floating in the trees. Thanks for the warm home away from home for us.

This is a good home for a couple with a dog. The yard is spectacular and the neighborhood welcoming. I would recommend.

Lovely and relaxing!

I only stayed one night but I had a really nice and relaxing time. The house and the neighborhood are beautiful. The backyard patio was a great place to relax and unwind at the end of the day, and also to start my morning with a cup of coffee before leaving. The many windows and the ceiling fan were more than enough to keep the house cool on a warm summer day. Overall a wonderful experience!
