This is a beautiful home with a nice view to enjoy a relaxing evening or a coffee on the deck in the morning. A perfect place to enjoy Seattle. Conveniently located on the bus line making it easy and inexpensive to take a trip to downtown Seattle. Delicious restaurants within a quick drive of the home.Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This home was absolutely beautiful three bedrooms, two bathrooms big kitchen, big dining room and a very quiet neighborhood. The beds were very nice and soft. Everything was wonderful. Thank you for a great evening.

Perfect place for our quick stay. So many trees out the back deck and feeling high in the air almost felt like a treehouse for adults. Absolutely spotless, comfy beds and super easy check in. Quiet neighborhood and driveway parking was added bonus. Highly recommend!

High Point Guesthouse was a lovely place to stay! It was as pictured in the app. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen/grill were well equipped for cooking. Each room had its own thermostat which we loved. The deck is very nice with a great view and we also enjoyed the fire pit on the lower deck.

Beautiful stay

A very nice place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. This was very near the botanical gardens, which is beautiful in the summer. Every amenity was covered and the whole family really enjoyed staying here.

Daughters College Graduation

We stayed here for our daughters graduation from SPU. It was a great house! Wonderful amenities and location! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Wonderful location and accommodations were perfect!

Great place to stay before a cruise

We stayed here for the night before our cruise. Perfect to stay after arriving from the airport. We were able to check in early (thank you!). This place could not be cleaner - and very comfortable. Thanks for making the start to our vacation so great.

Nice Place

Quiet, relaxing and close to downtown. Floors were a little dirty, but other than that, it was a great stay. Excellent, courteous communication from host and super easy check in/out.
