Welcome to Seattle where there’s much to do and see. You will be perched across the street from the Convention Center and mere minutes to the local dining scene where you can eat your way through the city. Don’t forget to explore the natural beauty of Washington by partaking in nearby hiking trails.

This condo is located just below Capitol Hill and the Space Needle and in close proximity to Pike Place Market, making it a desirable location indeed. Inside, enjoy relaxing on the sofa and catching up on your favorite TV shows. When you get hungry, the kitchen has all the necessary appliances for whipping up a tasty meal. Dine together at the dinner table fit for four. At night, rest your head in one of two bedrooms, each of which includes a TV.

Please note: Due to the historic nature of this building, you may encounter sounds and smells typical of older structures. The Elektra building features a boiler heating system typical of older buildings. While it provides warmth during your stay, you may experience some noise as it operates. These sounds are simply part of its story!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great location with walking distance from many attractions. Older unit that could use a few updates. Cracked and loose tile in bathroom presented a potential hazard. Tub/shower very slippery and bathroom could use a mat. Kitchen well stocked but unit only supplied with ONE garbage bag. Also no balcony as in the ad, but rooftop access is offered.

This property was in a good location and spacious for 3 adults. Unfortunately we encountered several issues. The main being the checkin process. No one was there to communicate with us and all the numbers called did not respond. We appreciate that it was the 4th of July but some pre communication would have been helpful. After finally getting access to the unit there was no toilet paper, damp towels, and no instructions for the TV and much needed air conditioner. It would have been beneficial to have a basic information manual and information on the area. We do need to acknowledge Simon who came to try and rectify our issues. Overall hard to say if we would stay at this location again.

Overall, the place was nice. Just nothing over the top, what you see is what you get. It worked perfectly for our group of three to have a place to sleep at night. The apartment was very clean, however, the building itself is pretty out dated. Our host was amazing and always super communicative and answered any questions we had. Overall it was a good experience and worth what we paid for.

The worst check-in process I have ever experienced. The property manager gave me a call the night before my trip to confirm my arrival time. Although I told him I kept him update that my flight was going to be delayed. He tells me there will be a late check-in fee. I texted him when I landed and ask if I had to call him. He said let me know when you are in the Uber, so I did. I have him my ETA. No response. I arrived to the property, and there was no response for about 10 minutes… so I started to panic. Thinking we would have to sleep somewhere else. We were exhausted after a 6 hour delayed flight and standing in the cold… not a great welcome experience. He later comes down no apology given, and walks up shows us around. I asked what was going on and why he didn’t let us in. He states the property was not ready for us, although we were arriving late. Besides that experience, the property does need some love. New paint, and needs the tiles of the bathroom floor to be fixed ( broken and loose). Coffee machine dirty and not useable. Good thing there are many coffee shops in the area and walk no distance. Good mid point and close to many things. That was a benefit for us.

This is a perfect home base if you're downtown for a few days. It's near the convention center and walking distance to restaurants, the store, pike place, the monorail, and the light station.

Older property. Clean but needs updating, paint, etc. No AC except portable unit in living room. Access from rear parking lot is past dumpsters up steps. Difficult with luggage or stroller. Require a criminal background check to rent! What?! Project across the street from convention center and lots of homeless. Walkable to Pikes Market and Aquarium but a bit sketchy. Would not recommend especially for families.
