Experience the charm of Woodinville Wine Country in this beautifully remodeled Rambler, an ideal setting for weddings, gatherings, or relaxing getaways. Located on a private acre with stunning Cascade views, this home is just above the Woodinville Tourist District and offers the perfect balance of luxury and nature.

The open living area and spacious island kitchen are perfect for entertaining, while the separate DADU provides added flexibility for guests or multigenerational stays. The lush backyard features a vibrant garden, perfect for intimate wedding ceremonies, receptions, or summer evenings under the stars.

With over 100 wineries and tasting rooms nearby, including the renowned Chateau Ste. Michelle, guests can indulge in wine tasting, fine dining, and scenic beauty. During the summer, enjoy live music at the Chateau Ste. Michelle Summer Concert Series, just minutes away.

Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, exploring wine country, or simply unwinding, this home offers an unforgettable experience in the heart of Woodinville.

The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and an DADU with 1 bed and a sofa bed (no bathroom). Both spaces together can sleep up to 8 guests and are about 2400 sqft.

**Floor Plan**
• Main House: One level, living room, dining room, kitchen, Primary bedroom  w/ queen bed & ensuite bathroom, 2 bedrooms (one with queen bed and another with full bed), family room w/ smart TV & -shaped sofa, 1 full hallway bathroom and a half bath. Heating & cooling.
• DADU: Spacious 1 single bed and a full-size sofa bed. Heat only.

• We are excited to offer our guests a bottle of our exclusive private label wine, crafted by Northwest Cellars. This exceptional winery specializes in creating private label house wines for restaurants, hotels, and individuals, accounting for 70% of their business. Their clients often create custom labels for special occasions like weddings, anniversaries, and birthdays.
• We'd love to help you create a memorable experience, so please do reach out if this interests you. Custom wine labels can be designed at no additional charge if you provide the artwork or photo.
• Kindly be advised that street parking is not permitted in this area.

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.

**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

Fabulous Property, Gorgeous House!!!

This is a fantastic rental property. All of the amenities you need with custom upgrades throughout the home. This house is very spacious with luxury linens and beautiful views, lots of privacy too. We also appreciated the professional check in process, communication was thorough.

Gorgeous views, home, and relaxation

This home and location are absolutely stunning!! It is the perfect place to come for relaxation, yet gives you the proximity to Seattle. It took us only 30 minutes to get to Seattle for day trips and then back to this gorgeous home for nights of relaxation. We got a chance to meet the owner and he seems to be such a charming man. The owner is an artist and you will find his artwork throughout the house. My only recommendation is that due to all the beautiful artwork throughout, if you are traveling with very young children this may not be for you, yet. Otherwise, I absolutely recommend this home for travels to or near Seattle!

Peaceful house and beautiful view

We had such a great week! This place has been updated beautifully and we enjoyed the beautiful view outside the back window across the valley. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the office space for working and the open kitchen and living room. We’d love to stay here again sometime!
