Excellent location, close to downtown Seattle and many other wonderful places to visit in Seattle. Beautiful neighborhood and great for walking and enjoying your day!

The location is great. The rooms are very clean. Kitchen is wonderful. The owner is very kind. We were enjoying the accommodations and would like to recommend to whoever wants to visit downtown Seattle and the University of Washington.

The home was lovely, location perfect for our needs, house was even better than expected, we had 4 people and a dog and lots of privacy! The electronic door locks were a tad tricky at times, but we always were able to make them work after a few tries. I highly recommend this property and would love to return to stay again!

The host was very communicative and provided all of the information we needed. The house was spacious and affordable. The neighborhood felt safe.

Initially, we were sadly befuddled when we arrived because the appearance on the exterior (landscape) did not match the interior and the back stairs coming in from the ample alley parking was in need of repair (be aware if you have ambulatory concerns). Once inside we were quite pleased to find a very clean, comfortable space to stay for four days. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom had access to its "own" bathroom space. The dining area suited our group of five and the living area had very comfortable couch and chair. Warning: A very short walk away is one of Seattle's renown bakeries (we couldn't resist). Access to roads leading to Capital Hill were easy. I recommend staying here. We were quite grateful for the parking as that can be a challenge in Seattle.
