Guest Requirements
Per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3, the primary guest must be at least 25 years old and staying on-site during the rental period. We kindly ask that the names, ages, and addresses of all guests be shared prior to check-in. For groups including guests under 21, the Borough of Seaside Park requires signed consent forms from a parent or guardian.

To maintain a quiet and respectful environment, outside visitors are not permitted. Groups made up entirely of guests under 21, or those exceeding the number of registered guests, may be unable to check in.

Subleasing & Third-Party Bookings
For safety and consistency, reservations must be made by someone staying at the property. Subleasing or transferring a booking to another party is not permitted.

No Parties or Loud Gatherings
➤ While we hope you have a fantastic time, this is a family-friendly space, not a party house.
➤ As per township ordinance, Quiet hours begin at 10 PM to ensure everyone, including our neighbors, enjoys a peaceful evening.

As per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3. Minimum age for rentals must be 25 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period. Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property. Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Park. No Exceptions. Reservations can not have outside guests or visiting friends. Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 21 years of age or bring attempt additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid.

This was our second stay at this location and once again, it clicks all the boxes for a simple beach stay. Small apartment (but not too small) in a larger house with separate entrance, porch and plenty of assigned parking. It's perfect for a small family (and the dog) with room for everyone to stretch out when some privacy is needed. Walking distance to beach and bay with four beach badges. The inside has most everything you'd need: A/C, ceiling fans, and washer/drier.While its right on Central Ave, the fenced yard provides a buffer and a decent area to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather. Kishore made some very nice upgrades including adding gates to the fence to ensure it is fully enclosed for the dog and putting in some nice patio furniture (couches) and tables. The outdoor showers were a nice addition, but with only cold water (and being fully shaded) they're a bit hard to use except for a very, very quick rinse off. As a host, Kishore is excellent. He answers calls/texts quickly and tries to ensure that any issues are rapidly addressed. Will definitely stay again.

We truly appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of this place. It was convenient to all attractions. We enjoyed the beach everyday and the many restaurants nearby. Our 14 yr old grandchildren can’t wait to visit again. Truly a 5 star rating!!!

Great location

Nice location! Walking distance to the beach and bay.Kishore was easy to communicate with.Our AC for some reason did not work when we got to the house (although fans in each room and living room saved us), since it was the fourth of July parts were not easy to find. Kishore got window AC units for the house to make us feel comfortable until the next day when the central air was fixed! Very impressed!

Clicks the boxes for shore stay

Great little airconditioned dog friendly property for the purpose of a week at the shore. Situated less than 2 blocks from the bay for an easy daily walk and 3 blocks to beach, the location is great. In lovely residential area of Seaside Park with beautiful beach (3 passes included). The beach is surely walkable for most, but I did drive so it was easier to move beach stuff. Plenty of parking right near accesses during the week (not sure how it would be on weekend). Pay parking of $2 per hour was not off putting. Finally, 5 minute drive to Island Beach State Park for lots of dog friendly beaches located past the main swimming areas. Pros: Small but has everything you need. Sitting area and two bedrooms, each with ceiling fan and TV. Small kitchen and two bathrooms - a small one off the kitchen for quick trips and larger at the end of the hall for showers after a day at the beach. Comfortable set up with great parking - easily park two cars in driveway and not worry about moving them for required trips. Cons: "Fenced yard" facing main road is not great for dog as it is open at two areas but able to work around it. Host is working on getting outdoor showers which would improve property. Kitchen could use more utensils and maybe some chairs on the porch for sitting outside. Kishore was a great host - easy to reach via VRBO app or cell phone - answered questions without any hassles. I would absolutely rent again.

Was very pleased with the unit. Location was perfect and close to everything, beac, bay, boardwalk, restaurant, stores and park to walk the dog. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean! It was very quiet. Really enhanced our vacation. I would recommend and rent with Kishore again. 10+
