Your own private cottage 2nd house from boardwalk/beach. Located across the street from Midway bar. 4 Beach passes included and 1 parking pass. 1block to several off boardwalk restaurants and shopping.
1 bedroom with full bed, 2 futons in separate rooms that open for sleeping.1 xl twin and 1 full. Each room with own A/C and doors to close for privacy. Patio with gas grill and outdoor table and chairs. Great place to chill and grill after a day at the beach

Casino pier.and large water park only 3 blocks away. Rides for all ages.
Walk 3 blocks west and find the Barnegat Bay which offers rentals of Jet Skis, canoes, motor boats. Crabbing and fishing supplies. Lots of fun to be had even on rainy days .

This place was adorable! I wasn’t able to meet Jane in person as she was out of town, but she was lovely to communicate with via messenger. Couldn’t be closer to the beach/boardwalk, cute little snacks left on the table, very clean and overall just a very nice getaway!

Everything was amazing. Super cute cottage, exactly like the pictures. Jane and mark were fantastic hosts, available if you need anything but also plenty of privacy. The dog was so cute too. 10/10 would stay again!

Although it was a little small, everything was great. Location, comfortable setting, privacy, and hosts made it a wonderful visit! We went after summer, so boardwalk and beach were not crowded. Would definitely go there again.

My best friend of 35 years, my 20 year old daughter and her best friend stayed at Jane’s for a long weekend in July. This adorable house is located not even a block from Midway. I rarely saw the girls. They were off having a blast doing their own thing. We felt very safe at the house and the boardwalk. I didn’t even look at my phone to find their location or worry. Even tho it rained a couple of days, it didn’t stop us from having a great time. Whether it was sitting on the patio, going to the bars or beach, we had so much fun. The house slept 4 comfortably. 6 might be a challenge, but all you really need at the beach is a place to lay your head and shower.Jane and her husband are so super sweet and have some great stories. We saw them a few times, but we also had complete privacy. We brought our own food, but ended up eating out. I’m sure if we stayed a week, we would have used the grill. We would stay again in a heartbeat. My daughter is already asking if we can rent the place next summer for a week Thank you guys for allowing us to stay at your humble abode

You truly can't beat the location—just steps from the boardwalk and less than two minutes until your toes hit the sand! The cottage is adorable, spotless, and stocked with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing beach escape. Despite being so close to the action, it's incredibly quiet—perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun.Jane and Mark were wonderfully welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Jane even went above and beyond to accommodate an early check-in when we couldn’t wait another minute to get to the beach.A delightful bonus? Their sweet dog made a few charming appearances, adding to the cozy, home-away-from-home vibe. We will definitely be back!

Best place at seaside

This cottage was absolutey perfect! It was quaint and cozy and had everything we needed! We were so close to the beach and boardwalk that we parked our car on arrival, and never moved it until we checked out. We walked everywhere because it was so convenient. The owners were fabulous, friendly, and made sure we were good. Should we go to seaside again, this is where we will stay.

Quaint and Cozy

Owners are very kind, low key, and communicative. We admired the beachy decor and cottage charm. No issues with parking, super short walk from the beach, boardwalk, rides, shops, restaurants, and close enough drive for excursions, near by aquariums, etc. Perfect for couples, family’s, or a friends get away to chill and enjoy.
