Located directly on the beach, this upper floor Pelican Watch villa features stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and Edisto River. Enjoy an intimate dinner on your back deck as a spectacular sunset paints the sky a breathtaking array of colors. Unwind inside on the soft leather couch while listening to the gentle sound of the lulling surf.

Surrounded by the island beauty of salt marshes, tidal creeks, maritime forests and miles of unspoiled beaches, you will experience nature at her finest! From your Seabrook Island beachfront villa, see diving pelicans and other shorebirds, dolphins dancing in the waves and deer grazing in the dunes. This peaceful and private “adults only” retreat is the perfect setting for romance, relaxation and rejuvenation.

Immaculately maintained and upgraded, 1332 Pelican Watch features ceramic tile flooring throughout, a modern granite kitchen and Corian raised-height seamless counters in each of the two full bathrooms. Soaring ceilings and large sliding doors create a spacious living area with water views from every vantage point. Amenities include: motorized deck awning, High Speed Free Wifi, 47” Smart HDTV with motion remote. 24/7 onsite property management services. Take the beach chairs provided and walk down the back steps following the boardwalk to the pristine beach directly in front of your villa or lounge in the shade under the extended electric awning with your favorite read.

There is so much to do on Seabrook Island! Be sure to click on the "link to more information" near the bottom of this page for a video overview of the Seabrook Island Club amenities. An amenity card is included with your rental which gives you free access, including towel service, to the large, sparkling pools at the oceanfront Beach Club, a short walk from the villa. You also have free access to the outdoor pool at the Island Lake House. With the amenity card, you have access to all the club restaurants, two championship golf courses, the island’s world-class Racquet Center with fifteen Har-Tru composition tennis courts, and an equestrian center. The Lake House has a fully-equipped fitness center overlooking the lake and an Olympic-sized indoor heated swimming pool. Activity fees will be charged for golf, tennis, indoor Lake House activities and equestrian rides. While you’re here, walk the island beach end to end, and discover the varied terrain of lagoons, maritime forest, and dunes of North Beach and Pelican Beach.

The scenic, low-country is the perfect place for biking. After booking, we will provide you information for bike rental services. Bikes can be delivered directly to the bike rack in the parking lot across from the villa and picked up when you leave. Paved bike trails connect Seabrook Island with Bohicket Marina (cute shops, restaurants, and outstanding views of river and marsh), Freshfield’s Shopping Village (gourmet foods, grocery store, Starbucks, eclectic shops, post office, pharmacy, urgent care center), and Kiawah Island. Both Seabrook and Kiawah have hard-packed sand enabling you to ride on the beach at low tide. Although Seabrook Island is private, the public is welcome to visit the shops and restaurants on Kiawah Island.

You could also visit nearby historic and colorful Charleston, SC, named “Top City in the U.S” by Conde Nast Traveler readers. Wander narrow alleys and cobblestone streets admiring gorgeous homes and gardens, dine at some of the finest restaurants in America and shop for unique gifts and clothing. Take a carriage ride, harbor cruise or visit one of the many plantations on the river. Stroll along the waterfront Battery, visit Patriot’s Point Maritime Museum, the SC aquarium or Ft. Sumter.

***Our response to COVID-19:
• We have removed the comforter and pillow shams from the king-sized bed and extra blankets from the closet.
• We have installed hypoallergenic, waterproof protectors on the mattress and the four KS pillows. Reliable Property Managers cleaning staff has been instructed to launder the bed sheets and white cotton blanket after every guest departure. On arrival, all bed sheets, including the blanket, should be clean. Please bring your own comforter and extra blanket(s) if you desire.
• We removed the living room throw.
• Reliable Property Managers will continue to have their staff clean all the high-touch areas in the villa with disinfectant (including door handles, light switches, counters, etc.).
• We installed a keyless front door lock so our guests will have the option of using a four-digit code to open the lock or carrying a key.
• Access to villa and welcome packet will be sent electronically. To avoid contact with amenity card staff, guests can arrange to pick up their amenity cards in a lockbox outside the amenity office by designating this on their amenity card form.

We are thankful our villa is easy to clean with leather furniture and all-tile floors. If you read our reviews, you will note that our guests often comment on the cleanliness of our villa. We strive to maintain a high standard of excellence in serving our guests. We hope you find, like we did, that Seabrook Island is the perfect place for social distancing! Added perks are lots of natural Vitamin D, wide beaches, cleansing salt air, fresh breezes and a wildlife beach paradise that is a spa for the soul!

Wonderful property and great communication from owners

We had such a relaxing time in Seabrook, and the property was exactly as we anticipated from the listing. It faces the water (right where the North Edisto River meets the ocean) and is only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The club and pool area is within a 10 minute walk (or quick drive). The island is beautiful, with all kinds of wildlife and unique vegetation. It was great that the amenity cards were included in the rental fees. The owner was very proactive with communication, letting us know what to expect in the weeks leading up to our stay, as well as providing beach chairs, an umbrella and other items to complement our beach visits. Our time there was such a blessing and we are grateful for the care the owners took to make our week so special!

Seniors be aware

The kitchen was clean and well stocked (even though we did not cook) The sunsets were wonderful. The mattress was very soft (uncomfortable) For seniors there is no grab bar in the pre-fab shower (makes for a dangerous shower) All in all a lovely unit.

Post-Christmas Getaway

Reserving the villa was a breeze, with Connie communicating regularly about the process and property. It was clear she wanted us to enjoy our stay. In fact, she had new silicone cooking utensils sent to the villa to replace the black plastic utensils, for the safety of her guests. The villa is well-appointed and well-situated, with beautiful views day and night. Of note, it was the most impeccably clean rental we have encountered. Our time there was relaxing and delightful. Happy Place II

We had a great time for 2 weeks. Lots of great weather and wildlife observations. Deer, dolphins, lots of birds, and even an alligator (floating in a golf pond) we don't see where we live. We experienced a major problem this year; the battery on the combo door lock died out and we were locked out of the condo. Not to worry! Connie answered our call on the first ring and we were back in the condo in a couple of hours. God willing we'll be back next year.

We wanted a quick beach get away and I can not say enough about this condo. Sunsets every night were reason enough but the short walk to beach and club have us already talking about returning in the near future!😁

Awesome Vacation at the beach

This is our second visit to this property and it was as good if not better than the first. We will definitely vacation here many more times. The location is perfect. Sunsets from the deck are crazy beautiful and walking on the beach to watch the dolphins feed is something we will never forget. Highly recommend getting bikes to ride on the beach.

Beautiful 2nd floor views of the water, sunset and beach. Stunning artwork throughout. Very clean. I liked the tile flooring, attractive and easy to clean. My husband prefers the warmth of carpeted floors. The heating system is noisy but worked well. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, toaster and fridge worked well. Melitta coffee maker worked ok, may need a replacement soon. Lots of cleaners provided. Vacuum worked well. Lots of beach chairs provided. The binoculars were a nice touch. Easy boardwalk access to beach. Hangars provided. Cooking utensils were ample. Very clean villa.

Birthday getaway

Condo was very nice, enjoyed walking on the beach and watching the sunsets. Did have an issue with roofers and their pallets of materials. We could not park in the parking places nearest the condo for the trucks, trailers, etc. Also my car was hit and damaged during the time we were there. Suspect it was the roofers but no way to confirm that.
