The Space:

Enjoy a quiet cup of coffee on your screened deck overlooking the marsh grasses and trees from your fully renovated condo, followed by a trip to the beach, a leisurely round of golf, or a book by the pool - if this sounds like a perfect morning, make the dream come true at this vacation home on Seabrook Island. You’ll be just three miles from Seabrook Island's beaches and can appreciate on-site amenities, including the island gym, five pools (including two oceanfront pools), and the Seabrook Island Club restaurants/cafes. You'll also have access to 36 holes of championship golf, tennis, and pickleball (for additional fees). Restaurants and shops await in town, but with the sleek, upscale kitchen, you can whip up a feast in no time and then dine alfresco on your deck.



Throughout the condo, you’ll find stylish coastal decor, and the open-plan living of the main space makes gathering together easy. Stream the latest release or use the free WiFi to check your email at the end of the day. Don’t call it a night before stepping back onto the balcony to listen to the wind in the trees.

THINGS TO KNOW

Seabrook Island Club amenities and the Lake House Fitness Center require an Amenity card (deposit required for each card, and/or a daily/weekly fee to use the Club facilities). Club facilities include restaurants, outdoor pools, golf, tennis, pickleball, and more. Some activities have additional fees. All restaurants-only Amenity card charges are accepted (cash/credit cards not accepted). Visit the Seabrook Island Club's Guest Amenity Guide online for information and to purchase Amenity cards.

Parking Notes: There are 2 parking spots available for use. 1 parking pass is automatically paid for when booking the reservation. Any additional parking passes are $40 + taxes.

Space was very clean, very neat. And well stocked. The only issues we had was that the door lock is finicky. This location is in a 'gated community', and I wasn't totally expecting that, but it all worked out.

Very nice property

The condo was pristine. It was stocked with everything you might need for a short stay: dish detergent, paper towels, shampoo, soap, TP. The kitchen/dining/living area was open and easy to work in and enjoy. When we arrived, outside the door to the condo was messy - it looked like something had been spilled. I notified Vacasa but they left it to me me to clean myself. Also, the diverter in the shower was broken. The property manager sent someone to check on it but we never heard from them again and it wasn't fixed when we left. I think the condo is great - issues were with Vacasa/management. They sent all the standard messages but didn't come through with communication when there were unexpected issues.

Nice Place - Upstairs Noise A Problem

The condo is just as pictured,; Clean and nice (with the exception of the dead roach on the master bedroom floor). The king size bed is very comfortable. However, a family of two adults and two small children occupied the unit above me and there was constant thumping around from early morning to late night. I could hear showers running, toilets flushing, conversations, etc. There is absolutely no sound insulation in the units.

Great experience except one issue

The whole experience was great. The place was just like the pictures. It was a beautiful location. Unfortunately we had one issue. My husband made the bed Saturday morning, and the top sheet had blood on it, down the side that was up against the wall. I will say I did text the customer service, and they got right back to me. They said they would send someone over, but we were going out for the day. They asked how they could help, and I requested that they send another sheet out for us, which they did. So the service was great. We would definitely come back, and stay here again !
