"Parking - only got 4-5 spaces at a push. There is space down from the hotel - so I didn't struggle with parking. It appears that they are renovating the pool area, as it is currently empty of water. Friendly, pleasant staff who did not intrude on my stay and discreetly cleaned my room."

"We stayed in a very clean and comfortable room. It would have been nice if they had provided slippers in the room. Breakfast was quite sufficient. We were welcomed and seen off with a warm smile. We really liked it and are glad we chose Hugo Hotel. If we visit Varna again, we will definitely stay here again. A great place for families to stay safely."

"Das Hotel liegt sehr gut zum Strand / Strandbars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch Restaurants und Imbisse sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Unsere Zimmer waren sehr gut und sauber. Das Frühstück wird im obersten Stock eingenommen. Dort hat man einen tollen Blick auf‘s Meer und über die Stadt. Der Frühstücksraum ist jedoch leider in einem schlechten Zustand und sieht sehr heruntergerockt aus. Der Teppich ist nicht mehr okay und nicht sauber. Die Vorhänge sind zum Teil aus der Befestigung...

"A nice smaller hotel with everything you need, and not much else. The bathroom was small, and the shower made everything wet, but nothing problematic. The beds were fine and it was real quite. Some well spent money and a place I would book again. "

"My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at City Boutique Inn, and from the moment Maggie greeted us at the door with her warm smile, we knew we were in for a special experience. The five-star treatment started there and continued until the moment we checked out. Our room was spacious, sparkling clean, and beautifuly decorated, with a large, immaculate bathroom that added to the luxury. Every breakfast was delicious, varied and rich. The stylish and welcoming decor throughout the hotel...

"This is an excellent hotel with all the amenities. In particular there is a superb shower there is also a kettle in the room if you want to make tea or coffee. The only downside is it’s about 25 minutes walk to the main tourist sites and about 35 minutes walk to the beach. Another advantage is there is a very good free breakfast, in fact the best I’ve experienced in Eastern Europe on this trip. Overall, an excellent experience as long as you don’t mind walking to the main tourist attractions"
