"We booked this hotel kind of last minute, so I was a little nervous- The property itself seems a little bit older, but the owners have done an excellent job maintaining this property. We had a room with a kitchen and everything looked freshly painted. The parking lot lines and exterior looked freshly painted. The grout, sheets, and towels were all bright white- we were very pleasantly surprised. Both staff at the front desk that I interacted with were very friendly and helpful."

"There was a very weird water damage smell that hits you as soon as you enter the lobby that was very off putting. The hotel is old and needs renovation, especially the bathrooms. The staff was very helpful and was ready to assist always."

"Pool does not work, my room smeled like dog urine. Asked the manager on staff to give me another room, she said she can give me a refund, hotel is booked for the night. After we spoke, manager gave me another room upstairs, there were ants and we got bitten by them. Do like the fact it is close to stadium and some of the staff was very helpful but need improvements on the pool and adding a game room for kids."

"Reserve una habitación con 2 camas, y cuando llegue al hotel me la dieron con una sola cama, al reclamar en recepción me dijeron que de momento solo tenían con una cama, que hasta al dia siguiente tendria disponible con 2 camas, por lo cual opte por solicitar mi reembolso, me dieron un ticket, ya pasaron mas de 10 dias y mi reembolso aun no llega, levante la aclaración con expedia pero ahora se lavan las manos y dicen que no me pueden ayudar, que el hotel dice que si me dio habitación con 2...

"The issues we had; we were there from Thurs to Sunday and never saw cleaning staff. I even told staff to clean and they didn’t. Also, we called down for clean towels and they never came. Had to go down to get them ourselves. Also, there is no 24 hr shuttle as advertised. It’s only for the Medical Center transports. The other issue is there are no good nearby restaurants making it expensive to stay here. The location is only good for the stadium and that is a 40 minute walk at least. Ubers back...

"Room was Clean, Didn’t have a stinch, Cleaning Staff was VERY HELPFUL, HARDWORKING. Breakfast was GREAT,FRESH, and OPTIONAL. Parking was great, and available through out our stay. There was a Security Present. Thier is a fee though. MAKE SURE U DO YOUR RESEARCH."

"The front desk staff are pretty unhelpful, especially if you’re arriving later in the night. I would advise calling them multiple times to make sure they have your listing. They removed my reservation despite calling them. They seemed to have no access to their own email, so if booking through a third party app, calling to confirm, and then calling again, and again, is the way. I would avoid if you’re arriving late."

"The staff could not have been any more accommodating. Front desk was polite, knowledgeable and aiming to please. My room was spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast was what you would expect. I made use of the complementary shuttle for an appointment I had at Houston Methodist. Sergio, the driver was kind enough to make sure he got me back to the hotel in time to meet a scheduled ride I had to the airport. It was a quick trip and time sensitive. It went perfectly and I want to thank the staff...

"Okay for a quick trip, we stayed for two nights on the third floor. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. The bathroom is remodeled, but there was no toilet seat cover. I also felt the room needed a deep clean. Overall it was a super convenient location and the staff was friendly."
