Our stay at that hotel was a big disappointment, as we had a bad experience. My family and I went there to visit the city, so we only slept there. Our stay was for 3 days, and on the third day, we discovered that the room we were in was infested with cockroaches everywhere. When we talked to the manager, he seemed nonchalant and gave us another room. We had to move to another building, and when we arrived at the second room, we had another surprise: the furniture had moths and ants. Again, I went with the manager to make a complaint, and he simply gave us another room. At the end of our stay, they told us that we could only get a refund by contacting the intermediary company that made the reservation, so they completely disassociated themselves from the problem. And when I talked to Expedia, they told us that we were only offered a refund of a percentage on our next purchase. This left a very bad taste in our mouths. I know it's not a luxury hotel, but you shouldn't have to sleep with cockroaches or any other type of pest. In the end, we had to throw away food and personal items because the cockroaches were all over them."
