"Very pleasant staff and they allowed me to check into my room earlier than 3:00pm"

"My stay was pleasant. Only issue I had was each day my key card was deactivated, so I had to go back down to have it activated each day I returned to the hotel and then on my check out day the housekeeper mentioned they had my room listed as empty. Which may explain why the housekeeper didn’t come by during my stay. I just wanted to have my trash disposed. Aside from that, I’d recommend this hotel for convenience and access to local stores and restaurants. I also liked the free parking!"

"The property is great. Clean rooms, hallways even the elevator. Staff were very friendly and willing to help if needed. The only thing that irked me was the bed itself. It was the most uncomfortable one I've tried sleeping on. Everything else was great."

"The room was clean, but televisions and door keys did not work. The reason told to me was that there was a thunder storm the day before and knocked out all the electronics and internet system. I ask for a discount and was told that Expedia would have to do that, because I made my reservation through them and not the hotel."

"The worst place we have ever stayed. From broken fixtures to just nasty. The whole place smells like pot and cigarettes. Our nonsmoking room smelt like a hookah bar. The 1st room the towels were just tossed on the beds and trash laying on the bathroom counter. They moved us 2 rooms down and half the lights didn’t work and floors were dirty a trash bag from previous people hanging from the towel rack. We were so tired we did ask for another room. We checked the beds pillows and sheets all was...

"The hotel is very clean and good location. We wanted an early check in because we had a family wedding to get ready for but they could not accommodate us. The bar and restaurant staff were super friendly. Breakfast had huge portions and very tasty. Enjoyed cocktails on the rooftop that overlooked the pretty street below. Overall it was a good stay and I would recommend this place to others."
