We rent our idyllic 2-room apartment on a quiet hillside in the center of Schwäbisch Hall with its own garden and old town view.
You can take care of yourself in the kitchen.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

The old town of Schwäbisch Hall can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The apartment is on a quiet street where you can find a parking space for your car very close to the apartment.

Our friendly apartment (approx. 40m2) offers a foray through the history of design from the 20s to today. All furniture has been lovingly restored.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was cozy and located close to the center of Schwäbisch Hall. From a cleanliness standpoint, the apartment was pretty clean. I will note that the coffee grounds from the previous tenancy was left there in the machine. Otherwise, the apartment was clean. From a listing perspective, the only item I would take issue with was the advertising of a washer and dryer. There were none. However, the owner did provide a listing of a facility for washing. The parking situation, like many other places, was a bit challenging, but nothing too strenuous. I would recommend this place as I stated before it was a pleasant stay for us.

Sehr angenehme, saubere, absolut ruhige Wohnung, die küchentechnisch gut ausgestattet ist. Der Blick auf SHL ist sehr schön. Selten haben wir so zuvorkommende, nette Vermieter getroffen. Es war alles bestens organisiert. Herzlichen Dank Herr Dr. Huber (auch wenn der akad. Titel, wie Sie sagten, für die Vermittlung einer FeWo nicht relevant ist). Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr sauber und gemütlich, mit hübscher Terrasse. Der Blick auf die Stadt ist toll. Der Vermieter war jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr freundlich. Fazit: empfehlenswert!

The communication with Thomas was excellent. Everything in the apartment was clean and labelled clearly. The garden and view from the garden are great. This was our second stop on a vacation in Germany and was a nice respite from the hotel routine; you feel part of the Swabian culture staying here. Thomas also provides reading materials in the apartment with information about Schwaebisch Hall and the surrounding area. We would definitely stay here again.

Nach dem wir völlig unproblematisch eingescheckt hatten , konnten wir " unsere " sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in Besitz nehmen . Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Den interessant bepflanzten Garten mit seiner schönen Sicht auf Schwäbisch Hall haben wir gern genutzt. An die herzlichen Gespräche mit den Vermietern und die schöne Zeit im idyllischen Schwäbisch Hall werden wir uns noch lange gern erinnern . Wir wünschen den Vermietern noch viele zufriedene Gäste.

Wir haben die Wohnung für Freunde gemietet. Die waren von der Ausstattung und der Lage begeistert. Besonders freundlich und super schnell war der Kontakt zu Herrn Huber. Einfach und unkompliziert. Wir werden diese gut ausgestattete Wohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Wir, ein Ehepaar mittleren Alters haben diese Wohnung für einen Kurztrip nach Schwäbisch Hall genutzt und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Die Stadtmitte ist fußläufig erreichbar. Gerne kommen wir einmal wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung ist klein aber fein und kuschelig und sehr nett eingerichtet. Alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Von der Terasse besteht ein wunderschöner Blick auf die Altstadt und in die Weite. Herr Huber ist ein angenehmer Gastgeber. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Kleinen Wohnung sehr gut eingerrichtet und sehr hell. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Aussicht aus dem Garten sind auch sehr schön. Und nur 10 minuten von Stadtmitte entfernt. Und die Eigentümer sind super freundlich.

wir haben eine sehr gemütliche, liebevolle eingerichtete Wohnung vorgefunden, die mit allen notwendigen Dingen des Alltags ausgestattet war. Schöne, helle Räume, Blick ins Grüne und doch absolut Stadt nah, praktisch und bequem. Können wir 100 % und gerne weiter empfehlen!

Super gemütliche Wohnung über dem Kocher. Alles Notwendige vorhanden. Küche ausreichend ausgestattet und mit Platz zum Kochen. Tolle Terasse mit Frühstück in der Sonne. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Kurzer Fußweg in die Stadt,. Angenehme Vermieter im Haus. Viel Infomaterial in der Wohnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
