"The staff are very nice and check in was easy. The food at Drift was good. The room was just ok, definitely not anything special, view of a roof and parking lot. Pool was small and filled to the brim with children, it turned a murky color by midday. There is barely any pool service, we never were offered a drink. Leak in our bathroom. Overall it was just ok, we won’t be back. "

The service at the front desk was great, but at hotel bar, cafe, and pool and it was practically nonexistent. When there was service, the employees seemed bothered by your asking for help (again, everywhere but front desk). One last note, we found a brown stain on our comforter. It looked like a residual blood stain. Besides those few...
