"Stayed for a week with a family of 5. Apartment was clear, nicely furnished and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable week in Berlin. Transport links to the centre were exceptional, 1 stop to Hauptbanhof. Convenient location for shops and some local restaurants. It’s a very urban place, but to be honest, if you don’t like that, why are you in Berlin - we didn’t feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
Staff were so friendly and welcoming, lots of knowledge about the area and couldn’t do...

"Spacious, clean room. I loved having the washer and dryer in the bathroom, which was also big and spacious, with plenty of room for my sisters and me to put our stuff. The balcony was nice to have, too. It was basically like staying in an apartment. The only thing I noticed was they didn’t have phones in the rooms to contact front desk staff. I had ordered an ergonomic neck pillow to borrow but no one ever brought it. It wasn’t a huge deal to me, and everything else was great. I also appreciated...

"This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!"
