"Bei Ankunft deutlicher Hinweis auf Regelwerk. Eingangstür zur Wohnung klemmte, ebenso konnte die Schlafzimmertür nicht geschlossen werden. Diese musste offen bleiben, da defekt. Kein warmes Wasser, da der Warmwassererzeuger defekt war. Nach Auskunft des Klempners war dies der Vermieterin bekannt. Die abgebildete Terrasse lag direkt an der Durchgangsstraße, abgetrennt durch eine dünne Holzwand zum Bürgersteig, hinter der die Mülltonnen standen. Fernseher funktionierte nur eingeschränkt. "Die Anlage ist schön, es blühen duftende Rosen und es sieht sehr idyllisch aus. Aber leider fehlt es ansonsten überall an Investitionen. Die Zimmer sind eine Zeitreise in die 90er Jahre, das Besteck und die Teller am Buffet sie sichtlich alt, die Parkplätze sehr eng. Die Freizeithalle ist lieblos und mit viel defekten Geräten ausgestattet. Der Indoor-Spielplatz ist allerdings sehr schön und hat uns gut gefallen. Die Seilbahn auf dem Gelände hingegen funktioniert nicht - sehr zur Enttäuschung...
