"We enjoyed our stay at this facility. Check-in was easy, although our room wasn't ready until an hour after check-in time. The room and facility were clean. They have large baggage drop lockers that you can access all day, prior to check-in. Laundry facilities were on-site; 4 Euro for a washer and 3 for a dryer. The machines dispense laundry detergent so you don't need to bring any. There is an endless supply of towels, boxed water, toilet paper, tea, and paper towels. There are at least...

"This is one of the most comfortable hotels that I have stayed in. It was very quiet and relaxing. There are several well-stocked grocery stores for items you may need. I don't remember seeing it advertised, but there is a washer and dryer available on premises."

"We loved our stay at Salt! The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The bus pass for local transportation was appreciated. The ability to leave our luggage after checkout was much appreciated. Finally, the free washer and dryer was a unexpected surprise. I would recommend Salt Townhouse to anyone traveling to this Austria location. "

"We really enjoyed the property. It was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The air conditioners worked great, as we just happened to be there during a bit of a heat spell. Everyone seriously loved this place. My brother-in-law said he wanted to move in full time and live here, lol. Excellent place!"

"Built in 1540, but modern bathroom and sleeping area. Excellent owner/ host.
Amazing view (both day and night) of the Hohensalzburg castle. On a narrow cobblestone street. Felt like “old Europe).
Being a historic building- no air conditioning or elevator. But if you don’t mind taking a few stairs and sleeping with open windows it is worth it!"
