"We had one night at Alpdeluxe Appartments. It was the nicest accommodation we have had on this trip to Austria. Everything was new looking, super clean room, very comfy beds, beautiful bathroom. The room was like a studio apartment with full kitchen and its own balcony.
The staff were amazing! Super friendly and helpful.
The buffet breakfast was fantastic. Great choice of cereals and fruit, delicious yoghurts, fresh rolls, cheeses, ham, salami, peppers, cucumber, juice, good tea selection, great...

"The hotel/facility was as described, nothing special but fine, check-in was easy and simple, however I made a mistake when booking (e.g., selecting 1 adult per room rather than 2) which resulted in additional charges during check out.
However, the additional charges removed the booking fees from Hotels.com which resulted in a higher open amount. I reached out to Alpine Lodge which they promptly responded but then stopped communicating and did not fix the error after 3 weeks. This resulted in...

"An incredibly satisfying experience staying at this beautiful place. The personel was very friendly and helpful. The check in and out process was smooth and we even got great recommendations for dinner nearby.
The room was cosy and clean with everything we needed. The spa is incredible, including swimming pool, an “erlebnis” shower, sauna, and steam bath.
We would definitely come back some time."

"Pros: The interior design of the chalet is exceptionally beautiful and the furniture is high quality. The hosts were very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. Would love to come back!
Cons: Be prepared that when travelling with a second vehicle, it comes at extra cost (10€ per day)."

"Nice two bedroom condo with kitchen. Clean and modern. Kitchen had pretty much everything you need. Two sofas, table for 6 and TV. Not much nearby, need a car for food and groceries. Recommend. "
