"We were unable to access the accommodation: upon arrival, we found ourselves in front of code boxes, no response to calls to the owner between 4 PM and 5 PM, no calls from him despite the message left on voicemail in English, no email indicating the codes. In short, unable to leave 2 children in the blazing sun, we were forced to book another hotel and lose the money for this rental. The fault does not rest entirely with the owner; Epedia also shares some responsibility, as the emails received...

"Schöne Lage, gemütliche Ausstattung. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende hier!"

"Es hat alles super geklappt!Wir sind vollstens zufrieden.Wichtig wäre jedoch die Info, dass über nur Doppelbettdecken zur Verfügung stehen. Wenn man das nicht mag oder es eben zwei Freunde sind. Die sich ein Bett teilen, ist es sinnvoll noch eine Decke mitzunehmen.Und einen Dosenöffner haben wir vermisst.Aber ansonsten war alles tipptopp. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!"

"Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und heimelig eingerichtet. Es war sauber und warm in der Wohnung. Keine Lärmimmissionen oder störende Sachen vernehmbar. Geschäfte oder Restaurants in der Nähe. Grosses Angebot für Freizeit. "

"We had a lovely experience here. The house is located above Oberterzen and has a brilliant view of the lake and mountains. 20 minutes downhill to the gondola and close to everything you want to do in the area. The house was clean and spacious. The pictures don't do it enough justice."

"Ein schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht, liebevoll eingerichtet und in einer idyllischen und ruhigen Gegend. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen."

"This was a fantastic stay except for the following: Spoiled milk left in the fridge Dead flies all over the floor as well as other dirt upon arrival Construction noise and outhouse smell at certain times of the day We had to buy and replace batteries for the remote in the tv room No check in or check out instructions were provided so we had to keep texting the host for information"

"Wir waren für zwei Nächte in dem gemütlichen Ferienhaus, alles perfekt sauber, super-freundliche Gastgeberin, grandiose Lage mit herrlichem Seeblick. Alles war perfekt, vielleicht ein bisschen mehr Geschirr und Besteck für 8 Gäste. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"
