Above Haslen AI, 3 km from the centre, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 26 km from the lake, 12 km from the skiing area, in the countryside, south facing position. For shared use: large garden with lawn and plants, natural garden. Patio, fireplace, children's playground. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house, except in winter 200 m (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house, in winter 200 m. Shop 6 km, grocery 6 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 300 m, bakery 6 km, bus stop "Haslen AI, Dorf" 3 km, railway station "Teufen AR" 6 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 large double bedroom. 1 small room with 2 beds. Patio, large garden. Barbecue. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley, the countryside and Alpstein + Säntis. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Two rooms of the apartment are in the new building. There is no longer any active farming on the farm. Bookings accepted for holiday purposes only.
