"Check was 15:00 - which was inconvenient ; the part of town had very little going for it , not sure how safe I would feel walking around late at night. "Der Check-in war total problemlos, die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, die Wohnung sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. In den Betten konnten wir gut schlafen. Es gab nur einen kleinen Minuspunkt: Ein Küchenmesser, hat im Handgriff ziemlich gewackelt.Obwohl die Wohnung im Gewerbegebiet liegt, war sie total ruhig. Die Parkplätze an der Straße sind allerdings etwas rar und man muss zum Teil ca. 100m zu Fuß gehen.Aber alles in allem hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt."

"Absolute Enttäuschung – hygienisch unzumutbar! Ich bin einfach nur schockiert. Bereits beim Duschen haben wir die dreckigen Handtücher entdeckt. Wir wollten das zuerst noch ignorieren und dachten, es sei vielleicht nur ein bedauerlicher Einzelfall. Doch als wir uns später ins Bett legen wollten, wurde es noch schlimmer: Auf der Bettdecke und dem Kissenbezug waren deutlich sichtbare Flecken – darunter auch rötliche ( bilder will ich lieber nicht davon veröffentlichen) und andere dunkle Spuren...

"Wir sind als Familie mit 2 Kindern gereist. Bei der Unterkunft angekommen, fehlte uns der Zugangscode. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir ihn direkt. Die Wohnung war nur für 2 Gäste vorbereitet, also wieder Kontakt aufgenommen und auf Anweisung selbst Betten bezogen. Bettwäsche zum Teil leider kaputt. Abdunkelung der Schlafräume nicht möglich, da sämtliche Rollos schmaler als die Fenster sind. Hä? Die gesamte Küchenzeile war ohne Strom, kochen somit nicht möglich, der Deckel vom Müll und eine Türklinke...
