Amazing location, literally next to Peasholm Park and few minutes away from the North Bay Beach. Friendly and helpful host, highly recommended if you are looking for a place more away from the town center.

The park view is really nice, the superior room is perfect and as a whole a great location. A big thankyou for a special birthday treat. A great cafe across the road fabulous breakfast.

Close to the sea with Peasholm Park on the doorstep. Simon and Siobhan were very accommodating. A really nice stay at the Park View!

Really nice property, brilliant location. Didn't meet the owners which I don't view negatively, we had a bit of a pain getting one of the details for arrival but no dramas. Room and property are spotless, only thing missing I'd have liked was a fridge in the room, but highly recommended and would (and indeed will) stay again

Was a beautiful place. Really helpful hosts. Room-superior king was beautifully presented and had a lovely view over Peasholme Park. It was lovely and peaceful. Access to amenities was easy, A 5 minute walk through park to North Beach. Then took bus which runs every 25 minutes to South Side. Had breakfast in Bella Ross cafe just across road from Park View. Which was excellent then Talk Bar next door in evenings was brilliant 5 star to all 🌟 Had a lovely 3 day stay.

Lovely and tidy ...although suits more for elder couples ...didn't get to see any staff members....small issue with hot water...didn't have any hot water for a whole day which was bit of a let down but overall a pleasant stay .

Started with a booking issue via Expedia (small double rather than a king-sized bed booked) but resolved directly with the Hosts. Great location, opposite the park and lovely, solid furniture in the room. Parking permits available in the property for a small fee worked well. Just the shower could do with an update. If we visit again, I'd book a room with a bath.

The room was spotlessly clean and the decorations were luxurious and homely, I would have liked a firmer mattress. Simon was very helpful, we enjoyed the filter coffee machine, and there was a great selection of teas to choose from. Across the road Bella Rosa was a great option for breakfast, Parking at weekends starts at 12 noon and finishes at 5pm, you can buy an all day permit from reception for only £1.50, we did not need this as I have a blue badge, we were visiting friends so never needed to use a parking permit. The property is well positioned for all the attractions and amenities,

Beautiful location, excellent breakfast, the room was immaculate and luxurious The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again

I booked the hotel for me and my partner and when we arrived we couldn’t believe how nice the property was the photos definitely don’t do it justice. The property is in a good location with a quick walk or drive to the town, they also offer parking permits which they just leave a box in the entrance for you to take and leave £3 in for the 2 days pass, they also give you free discs to borrow that you can use around town to park for free in the Disc zones. The heating for the shower one morning wasn’t on I messaged Simon and he got straight back to me and had it sorted in minutes. It was an Absolute pleasure to stay at the Park view and we will definitely be staying again in the future and would recommend anyone who’s looking to stay. Room 4 we had and it has a view looking to the park.

Beautiful location, very close to all the main attractions, all within a 3–15 minute walk, including North Bay Beach, Peasholm Park, the Open Air Theatre, SEA LIFE, and the water park. Communication was helpful and clear throughout our stay. The property was very quiet, and the room, bed sheets, and towels were exceptionally clean. It was well-equipped, nicely furnished, and felt both modern and cottage-like. The beds were comfortable, and we felt very safe during our stay. The shower has strong water pressure which is a plus. Hair dryer included. Tea, coffee, and a kettle were provided, allowing us to make our own hot drinks. The hosts had also arranged a discounted breakfast option with a nearby café, which was a nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Guests with mobility requirements should note that the property does not have disabled access.

My partner and I stayed for 2 nights 15th to 17th May 2026 at Park View. Our stay could not have been any better. The kerb appeal was beautiful, a well kept building with lovely garden. We were sent a text message with instructions as we would be arriving outside the check in time. The instructions could not have been any clearer. We arrived at our room and were so impressed with the room, the decor was first class, it was very clean and tidy and the bed was so comfortable we slept so good. Although they didn’t do breakfast the cafe bar literally across the road gives a 15% discount if you’re staying at Park View. The food was excellent and reasonably priced too. The location was excellent right opposite Peasholm Park and 2 minutes walk away from North Bay and the open air theatre. I can’t speak highly enough about our stay and would without hesitation book to stay there again in the future

Short stay in Scarborough

Very enjoyable 2 night stay. Great location opposite Peasholm park, 5 minutes from North Bay sea front and other attractions. 10 minutes walk to castle and town. Comfortable room, good breakfast. Very nice.

Best part of scarborough

Excellent building rooms fitted out with lots of storage lovely dining room good choice of breakfast excellent full breakfast only down side was the mattress was very soft and a bit uncomfortable for me . The owners Simon and Siobhan are very nice people will go out of their way for you hope to visit soon.
