Situated in the beautiful rural village of Ruston, North Yorkshire.

Guest parking, private enclosed courtyard with patio, Bi-folding doors leading to well appointed lounge, diner & fully equipped modern kitchen.

Bedroom with king sized bed, hanging space, full length mirror and television leading to en-suite Shower room with shaver socket.

USB Sockets are available in both kitchen and bedroom.

Ruston is on the A170 between Pickering and Scarborough
and within easy reach of North Yorkshire Moors, Scarborough, Whitby, Pickering, Filey, Bridlington and Malton.

Anniversary stay with dogs

Stayed a couple of nights as a base to go to the coast with our 2 dachshunds, location was very quiet and perfect for relaxing, property was secure for our pets, a couple of miles in either direction was a village with pubs, shops etc. Coast was only 20 mins drive. Overall a very pleasant stay...

We had a lovely stay at this cute cottage cozy enough for 2. It was in a picturesque area and nice and quiet. The hot tub was a lovely touch after a stressful year to relax under the stars. The cottage was well equipped, very clean and Netflix was a great bonus. We spent New Year in the Ye Olde Forge Valley pub which had good food and lovely hosts and was a short taxi ride away with a local taxi company but book ahead as he does get very busy. Sue was lovely and friendly and happy to help with any questions we had and gave us info on places of interest. We will definitely be back

Short break

This cottage was perfect for our long weekend.it had everything we needed and the hot tub was a bonus. The local pub was great and less than 10 minutes walk away. The cottage was in a lovely location with great views as well as being a good base from which to visit other places. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing property and location.

We had an amazing few days here. Sue was on hand if we needed anything but left us to enjoy our stay. Everything we needed was in the lodge. Great base to visit all the area has to over. The hot tub was great. Would recommend.

Cosy cottage

Warm friendly welcome from Sue. Cosy cottage with the benefit of a relaxing hot tub. The cottage is well equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. Great location with lots to do within a short driving distance. Would definitely recommend.

Easy to get to. Quite close to Scarborough and Filey. A lovely place to stay, and was lovely to take my dog too. Sue was a lovely lady and nothing was too much trouble.

Lovely Place!

Lovely property fully equipped and nicely decorated. Hot tub is great, and the roof above means it can be used even in bad weather. Our dog Bessie loved using the large garden area, and the host Sue was great. Well recommended!

Larch Cottage

Sue was a great host. Welcoming basket with biscuits and wine. Accomadation was very clean and homely. Hot tub was very nice also. Location was Great. Local pub serves great food. Plenty of places welcome dogs also. Definitely return again.
