Here you'll find a modern and welcoming studio apartment located on the ground floor of a new building behind our stone farmhouse, ideal for those seeking a peaceful retreat without sacrificing the charm of a cultural holiday in Emilia.

The apartment's interior has been designed for comfort and convenience, combining independent heating and air conditioning with a layout designed for maximum well-being. The bedroom, which also serves as a kitchen, is furnished with a double bed that converts into two single beds, equipped with slatted bases and a Dorelan mattress to ensure the best possible rest. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, sink, and all necessary utensils, as well as a comfortable double sofa bed and a television. The private bathroom has a shower, bidet, and hairdryer.

Outside, the farmhouse is surrounded by a large park with barbecue areas, a gazebo, a ping pong table, table football, and a solarium. A playground is available for the little ones. Nature lovers and those seeking relaxation can stroll through the vineyards or the orchard, where, depending on the season, they can pick fruit directly from the trees. We also offer private parking with video surveillance, a shared laundry room, and a garage with a small workshop for cyclists and motorcyclists.

Located just a few kilometers from famous cities such as Reggio, Modena, Parma, and Bologna, but also close to attractions such as the Ferrari factory and museum in Maranello, you'll have access to an incredible variety of experiences. Il Brugnolo farmhouse is located in the green heart of Emilia, in the foothills between Reggio and Modena, an ideal base for easily reaching the magnificent cities of Modena, Reggio Emilia, Parma, Bologna, Ferrara, Fidenza, and even Salsomaggiore Terme.

The farmhouse is a typical 19th-century exposed stone farmhouse, expertly renovated respecting its original style. We live in the farmhouse, so we're always available for any need.
We also operate a 10-hectare farm, cultivated with organic vineyards to better respect human health and the environment. You can stroll through our vineyards, from which we produce typical local wines, including the famous Lambrusco, and pick fruit directly from our orchard, savoring the authentic aromas and flavors.

For your relaxation, in addition to the garden, we've created a large green park with a gazebo, barbecue, deck chairs, and a children's playground, where you can enjoy authentic moments of relaxation and sharing.
We offer three characteristic two-room apartments located in the old farmhouse, on the ground floor and with a private entrance, and four studio apartments in the new building behind it.
All apartments are equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, linens, a hairdryer, an LCD TV, free Wi-Fi, and a baby bath. For those traveling with families, we offer cots, high chairs, strollers, and baby bathtubs, subject to availability.
To allow our guests maximum freedom, apartment keys are returned only upon departure, so there are no restrictions on their evening return time.
We have a common room with a fireplace, board games, toys, books, and local guides. Groups can rent the entire property and use the park or common room for shared dining. A laundry room is also available.
