"We enjoyed a great 5 days at The Sands. The accommodation was spacious enough for the three of us (2 adults and a toddler). "We have just returned from a week in this delightful cottage. Louise has provided everything that you would need, especially the helpful plugs on the dressing table, excellent idea! "I’ve stayed here a few times and it is always good value for money and easy to use, the communication with the host is good and the different choice of rooms is good. Free parking is available overnight a few minutes walk away after 6pm. Place is always clean and quiet."

"My friend, I & great nephew 13yrs enjoyed a very comfortable stay at this property. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated though the white furniture could do with a lick of paint. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, lovely, comfortable little apartment, and the land lady was incredibly nice, polite and attentive.

"We have just returned from a wonderful week on the North York Moors. The beauty of the moors was just added to by our amazing accommodation - extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean and so well equipped. Rachel and Rory were excellent hosts, their local knowledge was invaluable and nothing was too much trouble. We rate our stay 10/10, we cannot recommend it highly enough. Thank you"
