"Excellent location and very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment at an incredibly fair price! The location is extremely walkable, parking was not fun, we needed a car to visit a family member 10 minutes away in the hospital but if you are just visiting the city you absolutely don’t need a car and should try to avoid bringing one. Communication was amazing, apartment was well stocked and very clean. Loved the Apple TV! Thank you for a great stay!"

"The apartment in itself was beautiful. We enjoyed the layout of the apartment, the decor, and view to the downtown shops. The front and back doors were not locked/did not require the code that was provided. The elevator also did not require a code. This was concerning because there is a good size homeless population in the area and the security measures that were supposed to be in place, weren’t. The walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors activities… very very clearly. "

"We absolutely enjoyed staying at Kasa Altmayer!! It was so nice to be able to have a FULL SIZE kitchen, and also have washer and dryer in the room (even though the dryer was little wonky to work with) The room was pretty clean!! Few things I recommend is to have a broom/mop somewhere in the room to help those with a family staying can easily cleaning up messes after kiddos!! And to have a shelf or rack in the shower to make it easier to put toiletries in the shower without having to bend...

"Beautiful! Gorgeous kitchen high ceilings, beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower! The best location, walked to everything! Very, very comfortable bed and super clean. Can’t wait to come back."

"The overall stay in the house was great. Very spacious and close to all the essentials and restaurants. Neighbors will call and complain if any issues which we did not give any. We were a bit loud the first night but did not realize the noise ordinace. Would highly rwccomend it except for the noise ordinance, because you know when its your b day youbhave to party.Overall thank you for the hospitality and would definitely do it again."

"Excellent location to downtown clean and well stocked, but when the AC went out, we had some issues with communication. Once we were able to communicate with the property owner, she did handle things as well as possible."

"We were the parents of the groom and loved our stay in Savannah in this apartment located across the street from Forsyth Park. Location wonderful! I left my prescription sunglasses and jewelry and the owner located them sent them, quickly back to me at no cost. Will rent this place again and completely trust owner!"

"Great location to see the area. Well equipped. Owner communication was top notch. Only downside is you must pay for parking and there is not a dedicated parking spot for the location and can be a problem at times."

"Clean, and quiet!Short walk to most everything, onsite parking is great.Highly Recommended."

"We enjoyed that we were equal distance from the Riverfront, but also close to the other parts of the Historic District. If we wanted to get something to eat, then we had a large variety of choices within walking distance. The suite was very clean and very accommodating for my family and I. The only complaint I had was the staircase. I honestly felt like I was repelling down a skyscraper every time I attempted to walk down the steps because they were so short and slanted. Also, the dishwasher...

"Clean and comfortable. The king sized bed was a must for us. Reasonable walking distance to all parks, the river, and museums. Parking was not a problem. "

"Perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway with a friend! It was in a great location, we felt very safe and walkable to all the places we wanted to go. We were worried about parking, but the street parking was easy to find and no big deal. Definitely going to stay again! "

"I stayed for 4 days while working in Savannah. The apartment was exactly as described. The instructions were right on and helpful. My trip got extended and I wanted to stay in the apartment but it was booked...bummer. The location is quiet and convenient. The garage parking was greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay here again!"
