  • Beautifully decorated, one bedroom, one bath apartment located in the heart of the historic district. Beautiful exposed brick walls accents the feel of this historic building with all the modern conveniences. Located inside a secure building on Broughton Street, the heart of the shopping district, this fabulous one-bedroom apartment awaits you and your guest. A long hall leads to the kitchen where you will find all new, stainless-steel appliances, and a fully stocked kitchen ready for your use. The kitchen has an eat in dining area and is adjacent to the living room, where you can sit back and enjoy T.V. or just relax after a long day of sightseeing and shopping. Equipped with a full-size washer and dryer to make your longer stays more convenient. A beautifully decorated bedroom awaits you at the end of the day. King size, fitted with a very comfortable mattress and fine linens, and no windows, this bedroom is the perfect place to get a good night's rest. The bathroom is such as nicely decorated, with a great tub and shower combo and a new granite counter/sink top for getting ready to hit the street again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was fabulous—beautiful, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. It truly hit all the marks and was exactly what we were looking for. The only small drawback was the rooftop club next door which could be heard late into the night, until around 1:00 a.m. That said, with the bedroom door closed, we couldn’t hear it at all, so it really didn’t impact our sleep. Overall, this was an absolutely fabulous place to stay, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

The apartment was close to everything. Perfect for a couple enjoying Savannah for a couple days. Bed was very comfortable. We were very impressed with the cleanliness.

Beautiful apartment with everything you would want for a stay in Savannah. Great location. Noise from a bar across the alley was not a problem because the comfy bedroom is in the back of the apartment. We loved it!

Wonderful, clean property convenient to SCAD and all things in historic Savannah. For the SCAD crew: we walked to Ann Street, O House, Trustees theater, and the SCAD Museum. For the other touristy crew: walk to River St, City Market, Broughton St shopping, and so much more. Historic Savannah is so walkable! A little noisy from the nightlife, but honestly, no different from our hotel experiences over the last four years. (SCAD parents) Savannah is a lively town. The nights are not silent. ;)

Great location; very easy walking to all the shops, restaurants, and squares. Beautifully furnished and comfy. The kitchen however, not for cooking and the coffee bar, let me just say I had to go to Bitty and Bows early for our first coffee. Biggest problem, the Disco across the alley (maybe ten feet); music and shaking walls until after 2:00 AM. First VRBO I would be unable to recommend

This was a wonderful property to stay at. The location was ideal—close to many restaurants, bars, and boutiques—and we always felt safe. It was just a couple of streets from City Walk, and the walk to River Street was quick and easy.We stayed for four nights in March and would absolutely choose to stay here again on a future visit to Savannah. The bedroom is spacious, and one feature we really appreciated was that it has no windows, as it’s located in the middle of the building. This made the room dark and quiet, allowing us to get a great night’s sleep.The living room and kitchen were bright, airy, and filled with natural light, making the space very comfortable for our stay. The host was also very responsive during the booking process, which made everything smooth and easy.

Host communicated in a clear and proactive manner. Condo was outfitted perfectly with all you'd need for a 3, 5 or 7 days stay. Location is centrally located in Savannah. Minutes from riverside and walkable to almost anything you'd care to do. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great time! The unit is very spacious and clean. It’s easy to walk to river street and lots of other restaurants and bars. We parked in the MLK deck from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning and it was under 40. No issues with safety/security and it’s just one block away. There is a decent amount of bar noise around at night, but that comes with the territory where the building is located and we knew it going in from other reviews. It honestly wasn’t bad in the bedroom with the door shut. Would definitely stay here again if we end up back in Savannah.
