"It's actually quite a nice location, however one thing you should prepare for is humidity in the rooms. There is a dehumidifier, but it struggled to keep up. To top it off if you are in a suite, the AC blasts directly at the level of your head in the bed, so it's either sweltering or you have wind tunnel aimed directly at your head. It was so bad I had to place a pillow over the ac vent to block a portion of the blast!"

"Our only concern, as seniors, was the steep stairs. We were in a downstairs room one night, with stairs down to the first floor. Then we moved to a second floor room, with even steeper stairs. Perhaps a dumb waiter to help with luggage? But the property is lovely, beautifully appointed rooms, excellent service, wonderful staff. Highly recommend!"

"The breakfast was not consistent, but there was a wide variety. I think for being a Michelin star it should’ve had homemade pastries not store-bought. I also feel like it should’ve had a small microwave in the room and makeup wipes or makeup towel or something to clean your face with. The bedding was amazing Mattress a bit soft for our taste, but that’s a hard one to get right."

"The building is beautiful and very charming. The room we stayed is very spacious and it was for the most part well maintained considering that is an old building. The curtain to the terrace is not well placed and has zip ties holding and some wiring. The jet tub was not very clean and barely hot water. Fully open was just luck warming and even after waiting more than the 5 min they asked (15 min). I asked the staff to change the water heater temperature as plumber, I knew what I was asking. It...

"Parking was very convenient right in front of the door (if you’re lucky). It’s not assigned parking but there’s plenty of space. The room felt and smelled clean. Which is a big bonus because some places you can just feel and smell that it isn’t cleaned properly. The bed was incredibly comfortable and spacious.
