Beautiful house in a great location. Easily walkable to everything in the historic district. 3 blocks to a Kroger grocery store. Very quiet. Beds are comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms was wonderful! Kitchen is spacious. Would definitely stay again.

Savannah Banana Youth Tour

We had a wonderful time in Savannah! The location was perfect. No more than 15 minutes from any of our locations! The walk to Forsyth Park was perfect for a run! The house was very clean and well laid out! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Comfortable house in a great location - just steps from Forsythe Park and convenient to the historic district & River Street. Easy street parking (free) right in front of the house. Fast & friendly communication. Recommend this property.

I have stayed at many VRBO rentals and this was the closest to perfect of all! The house is super cute, and super clean! It has everything you could need and more! We played games ( provided) at the big dining table in the living room at night and had a great breakfast at the cute table in the adorable kitchen. We were a group of 4 women . We had 2 in each bedroom and the fact that the beds were kings ( and so so very comfortable) was such a plus! I only have one recommendation, maybe the owner could somehow put some type of reflection on the edges of the stairs because there are black and therefore you just have to be careful. Oh and parking was never an issue, we parked within 2 feet of the front steps. I will definitely stay here next time we’re in Savannah!!

Perfect House

Perfect location we could walk everywhere. Loved that it was close to the beautiful Forsyth Park. The house was very clean. Having two ensuites was so nice. Street parking was easy. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place in a great location

We were 2 couples who stayed here and the place was very clean and neat. I loved that both bedrooms had King size beds and ensuite bathrooms. We could walk everywhere including to a great coffee shop at the southern end of Forsyth Park. Parking was not a problem on the street for us. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent Experience

This property was in a beautiful location! We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to see and a short car ride to the river. The house was perfect for our family of 4. It was fully stocked with everything we could need and extremely comfortable. Parking was easy too. Highly recommend this wonderful home.

Convenient little cation, could walk to all events.

Great place, great location. Very clean & kitchen well equipped. Beds & bedrooms wonderful. A little Maintenance needed. Showerhead in front bedroom needs replacing & bathroom fixtures in half bath downstairs & sink need a little tightening g & repair. Otherwise all great!!!!Loved it & want to book for next book festival.

This place was smaller than anticipated, which was fine, but it didn't feel comfortable. The decor looked like it was thrown together from sale items at TJ Maxx (there were even price tags still on an item). The linen on the bed was not comfortable. We would not stay here again.

Great house & location!

We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs in Savannah and this one is a winner! We will stay here again. The location is great! 1/2 a block off Forsyth Park and on a quiet street with free parking! We walked everywhere, which is always the plan. The house was impressively set up with everything we needed and some welcomed surprises. Fully stocked kitchen, a scale to weigh food, some spices, coffee filters (and some coffee left from the previous renters) - which we paid forward. Comfortable beds. Thank you!

Cost long weekend stay

Had a beautiful time at this property. The townhouse is actually much more quaint and spacious than what the pictures show. Beautiful, quiet and clean neighborhood. Walked everywhere from this location. Will stay here again.

Could not be a better location

Location was great. Loved being right next to Forsyth Park. Walkable for the historic district down to the water. Publix grocery store was close and walkable, but does have parking. Lots of restaurants that were walkable. Parking on the weekday when we arrived was a little challenging but within a block so certainly doable. On the weekend we parked right in front. Lots of fun and would definitely recommend and stay again

Beautiful Stay

This exceeded expectations. The house is beautiful with super comfortable beds and extremely clean. It fit 5 of us easily. The location on forsythe is just perfect!! We would definitely stay again.
