Huge 5 bed, 5 bath in Historic Downtown Savannah

This home is huge! It's a 5 bedroom, 6 beds plus double bed pull out, and 5 bathroom beauty with a sprawling porch and a balcony with views of Forsyth Park. The house is recently renovated and features an open living area with a kitchen that is fully stocked. This beautiful place, that is right on the shuttle route, will be your perfect home away from home in historic downtown Savannah.

4 out of 5 of our bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The house is very large and right off of Forsyth Park. The living space has a huge sectional couch, so it's great for large groups to hang out. The kitchen is fully stocked and 2 of the bathrooms have Jacuzzi tubs.

We aren't on the property, but we are always available if needed.

Forsyth Park is right around the corner. There are amazing restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores very close by.

The house is right on the route of the free shuttle.

Great stay, perfect location

We stayed here this week for 3 nights, me and my extended family total of 8. The space was more than enough to spread out. Loved that 4 out of 5 bedrooms had bathrooms attached. They all held the hot water for the entire time. A nice touch of added shampoo, body wash, and conditioner in every bathroom. The kitchen had a decent selection of pots and pans. A nice add on of a spice rack was appreciated. The location was perfect for us to walk to the park and restaurants.

The house was great. The property manager provided all the necessary items for a nice stay. However, there needs to be a deep clean done on the house. Under all the beds, there was dust and dirt. The cabinet door by the dishwasher was broken, causing issues with opening and closing the dishwasher. Additionally, there was no broom or vacuum to clean up after a spin.

Historic Home in a perfect location next to Forsyth Park. Group of 5 Ladies each with our own Bedroom and Bath. Housekeeping just needs to clean under the beds!

Great location, good for groups but some gaps in furnishings

The location of this property was fantastic. Right by Forsyth Park and blocks from the free shuttle to the historic district. There are restaurants and coffee shops in the neighborhood. We appreciated the reserved parking spot in the back but the latch on the rear gate was bent, so we had to go in through the front door and open it from the inside. I believe this has been fixed. The house was pretty clean apart from some dust bunnies and things under the beds. The living area/kitchen was comfortable and we loved having the balcony to sit out on. The kitchen cabinets could use some TLC. Don't plan on cooking here: there are tons of pots and pans, but no mixing or serving bowls or measuring cups. There were only 2 drinking glasses, but enough wine glasses for an army. Luckily, there is a Kroger a couple of blocks away where you can fill in what is missing. Overall, this property was a great base for our exploration of Savannah.

Celebrating sons wedding

We arrived and had no problem getting in with the code provided. Had a question at 10:00 at night and the owner responded very quickly and resolved the issue. Very clean. Could use more portable fans for those hot natured guests. Location is great although a bit of a hike 1 1/2 mile to get to River street. Ate at Clare’s for breakfast and it was outstanding! Balcony is great to drink coffee or cocktails with plenty of chairs. Bedrooms are big with big beds and very comfortable. Plenty of towels. Two A/C units on the two separate floors. Good use of small spaces in living room/ kitchen. Overall was a perfect place for our group to stay.

Family trip

The property is located in a wonderful location. It is close to the grocery store, across the street from Forsyth Park and close to the historic district. The beds were very comfortable and enough space for a family of five with three teenage boys. The house does need a few repairs and the bathtub needs attention. Other than that, a great location and stay.

Big bedrooms and bathrooms. Older home needs some updates. Kitchen on second floor with just steps to get there. Close to transportation and the Park. Does not have bunk bed. All are king or queen. No problem getting into home and parking available on street.

Savannah Overnight Trip

We visited the City Market area during the day and wanted to stay near Forsyth Park. This house was in the perfect location. After we checked in, we walked over to the park to enjoy its beauty and take pictures at the fountain. The house was a perfect size for our group and was very comfortable.

Excellent home and location

This was a girl's trip and the house was perfect for 6. The location could not be beat, it is close to grocery stores (walk to Kroger or Brighter Day), several restaurants (Local11Ten and Betty Bombers) and trolley pick up spots (DOT and Tours). We enjoyed walking through Forsyth Park. All of us said the beds were very comfortable (even the two in the bunk beds). Uber had no issues parking to pick us up or drop us off. The neighborhood was quiet and the rooms were almost soundproof. The weather was nice and we enjoyed coffee on the front balcony and wine at the table in the back yard. Any questions we had were promptly answered on the app. The house does require some steps. There are steps to the front door, the kitchen and sitting area are upstairs and there is a step in the hall that can trip you if you aren't looking. I would certainly recommend this home for a visit to Savannah. It had all we could ask for.

Quick Weekend Getaway

This is a very cute and clean historic house. It’s walkable to plenty of shops and restaurants. The host was easy to contact and very thorough with directions. They communicate through the Vrbo portal and send their messages perfectly timed. We would definitely stay again and totally recommend this house for large families or friends.

Disappointing!

Unfortunately, I did not feel like this house lived up to the pictures or description. There were actually empty hand soap bottles in at least two of the the bathrooms. One of the bedrooms smelled very strongly of a men’s cologne, which made us wonder if the sheets were changed. The house looks and feels like it’s falling apart. There are a few spaces in the old wooden floors upstairs where you think you may actually fall through. You can actually see light from downstairs coming in through the cracks on the floors upstairs. We arrived in the evening and found the neighborhood to be a quite sketchy. We were nervous about leaving anything in the car, so completely unpacked our car.

This description of the house was accurate. Our party consisted of 10 people and the house was big enough for all of us. We really enjoyed our stay! I would recommend better mattresses for the beds.

House was great for sleeping, could accommodate a large party. Very small area to congregate. There is a small step on the main floor that is very dangerous. One of my guests took a very bad fall. I’d make that step more visible. Other than that we had a great time. We used the back yard quite a bit!

Perfect for our group!

Very cute house for our stay! Good location and every room has its own bathroom. We were a group of 7 getting together for a night in Savannah before her wedding in Hilton Head. It was in a great location and plenty of space for everyone.

Girls Savannah Trip

This home offered all 4 of us our own bedrooms and bathrooms. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location worked for us as we had a car but is not within walking distance to the River front or shops. It was very easy to access the home and the owner was very good with communication and instructions. We could park in front of the house or behind.
