This 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Luxurious Home Away From Home has just been Newly Furnished and Features a Cozy Great Room with Electric Fireplace, Full Kitchen and Dining, Primary Bedroom with King Bed and Ensuite Bath and Second Bedroom with Queen Bed and Hall Bath with Tub. Relax on the Covered Porch, or Enjoy the Tranquility of the Back Patio. Take a Nap out back in the Hammocks or Enjoy a Stroll through the Garden. Enjoy bbq and fire pit at your leisure. Huge back yard with stunning views. Extremely quiet and peaceful. Great for reading books and rejuvenating your creative side. Lots of nature walks, hiking and nearby Catskill Animal Sanctuary to enjoy! Historic lighthouse trail, Katerskill waterfalls, great dining and lots of local breweries to choose from. Skiing mountains close by include Hunter Mountain and Bellaire for all ski lovers. Kawanis ice skating rink year round only 1 mile away.

Super-clean, super cozy. Bed was so comfortable. Communication was easy and host was responsive. Nice touches, like pantry snacks. This wasn’t an issue for us because it was cold outside, but I think it’s worth mentioning that the house is attached to another and the backyard is shared, so it’s not very private. Other than that, our stay was excellent.

This little home is adorable, with the most beautiful design touches and all the conveniences to make it feel like a cozy home away from home. Debra is kind and responsive and made our stay a priority, going above and beyond with snacks and fruit. She checked in on us to make sure that we were comfortable and was a lovely host.The beds were comfortable, the furniture was cozy, the kitchen was stocked with all of the necessary conveniences of home. There were lots of warm blankets and the towels were luxurious. She even left bathroom robes in the closet for us.We recommend this lovely little getaway!

This is an excellent home. My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay here. We have been staying at VRBOs for several years and this was probably the best stocked house. The neighborhood is quiet and it's in a great location. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.

Debra’s property is delightful! We had a wonderful long weekend. Everything is clean and comfortable and the little touches of fresh fruit, milk and eggs and snacks (wow!) make her just a fantastic host. We’ll be back!

Location was quiet and safe at the end of a dead end street. Everything we needed or wanted was provided. Lodging was clean and bright. There was plenty of space inside and out. Excellent layout for two couples staying any duration. Communication was friendly, quick and helpful.

We were in town for a show at HITS and had a fantastic stay! So many special touches - staples in the refrigerator including butter and milk, a gorgeous and yummy fresh fruit platter, snacks, and fresh flowers! Above and beyond on all levels - we will be back!

Great place for a weekend getaway. The home is bright, clean and couldn’t have been more comfortable. Deb had fresh fruit waiting when we arrived, and was responsive and accomodating. The town of Saugerties is fun to explore and it’s a good homebase for the area.

Super clean. Kitchen and bathrooms well stocked with anything you could possibly need including bottled water and snacks. comfy couch and beds. Pretty views. Games for families. There were even Fresh flowers!

Home was beautiful and cozy! The house is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood and has a large backyard with a pretty patio. The home was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Large and bright bedrooms with comfy beds. Lots of little thoughtful touches; snacks etc.

Lovely!

This place was fantastic for so many reasons! The two bathrooms were a huge bonus (one bathroom is part of the master suite), especially since one had a tub—perfect for my 3-year-old’s baths (and it even had a detachable showerhead!). It’s an ideal setup for two couples, but they also provide air mattress that could sleep 2 more people. The space is open, and clean. The kitchen had all the essentials, and had snacks for us in the pantry. The WiFi was easy to connect to, and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows available. The host was incredibly kind—when the air mattress pump stopped working, they had a new one waiting outside the door before I could even ask. The neighborhood is peaceful but the backyard gives you a sense of privacy and seclusion. It’s the best of both worlds. There are restaurants nearby, a place that delivers, and a Walgreens and grocery store are minutes away (2-10 minute drive). Plus, you’re a short drive from a cute area with local shops and restaurants. Woodstock and Kingston are both an easy 30-minute drive, so it’s a great stay for exploring. It’s more car friendly than walking (for me, at least). Definitely worth the price!

A very nice and comfortable place to stay.

The property was extremely clean and in beautiful condition. It was also very well appointed and comfortable. The two bedrooms were very comfortable and of very good size. If we are in the area in the future, we will be checking to see if this is avaiable.

Cute cottage

The cottage was very clean and nicely decorated inside. The place had everything you would need and the owner went out of her way to be welcoming. My husband is very picky and he felt at home here. Would definitely stay here again

Can’t ask for much better. Large newly decorated and spacious. Nice sized rooms, large fully stocked and pristine kitchen with all the basics, e,g, milk, condiments , snacks even coffee pods. We like to cook and we had everything we needed. Bright airy bedrooms with comfortable mattresses with crisp white linens. Bathrooms similarly well stocks, even soft cotton robes. Quiet residential street cul de sac with unique views of yellow and purple wildflowers and beautiful greenery. Cozy front and back porches. Incredible vegetable and flower garden at this time of year. Minutes from town and inlets for kayaking and paddle boarding. Don’t wanna cook, loads of nearby restaurants. Debra is a professional who really takes pride in her home. No skimping We felt really cared for. Heartily recommend !

Fabulous respite from the hot softball fields

This was the one of the cleanest, best stocked, most comfortable owner rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Super comfortable beds and pillows, a fully stocked kitchen including spices, a fresh stick of butter, half and half, coffee, and a welcoming fruit plate! Our daughter played a 4 day softball tournament nearby and we were so glad to have Debra’s beautiful and peaceful home to return to after long, hot days. My husband and I had to work, too, and the WiFi was plenty studying for us both to work efficiently. The beautiful view of the creek and meadow, and all the birds and croaking frogs made for lovely early morning coffee outside. Would make a trip to the adorable town of saugerties just to have opportunity to stay here again.
