Michael very patiently helped me through the check-in process on my phone, which then helped me secure an early check-in around 12:30pm (I arrived around 9:30am). "Beautiful hotel which looks fabulous as soon as you walk in. The staff are very guest focus and very attentive. The express lift is a delight and there are 6 lifts so even at busy times your wait for a lift is minimal. Rooms are very well appointed. Beds are very comfy but pillows could be a bit firmer. Concierge staff are really informative and helpful. The courtesy shuttle is a great way to start journeys from the hotel but only runs from 11:00 to 20:00 daily which is a bit limiting. "
