Although we may not meet in person during your stay, my team and I are always available through Airbnb messages if you need anything.

- This is a non smoking unit. Please do not smoke inside the apartment nor in the balcony. If you do you will be charged an extra amount to cover for the services to get rid of the odor.

- No pets are allowed in the house.

- No parties or events are allowed.

- Please, maintain order and cleanliness in the apartment.

- Please, do not deposit toilet paper of any paper product in the toilet, as it can cause clogging. Instead, use the provided trashcans in the bathroom.


- Be kind with the AC and use at 23C or higher. And turn AC units off when not in the condominium. On rentals over one week there is a $50 cap on electricity.

- Mandatory to enjoy your stay to the fullest and at least one sunset at the beach!
