Welcome to the gated ocean-view community of Okeano. Our tvilla is a large Spanish colonial tranquil private home with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean from our three decks. This 2000 square foot beauty has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests. The master bedroom has a wall made entirely of windows with stunning views of the Pacific ocean. There are three outside decks and a large private pool. It boasts a fully stocked kitchen including oven, stove, microwave, large refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and more. There is also a BBQ. There is plenty of room for sleeping options including two bedrooms have king beds and the third has 4 bunk beds including lower twin beds. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. The house is fully air conditioned has fast internet and cable tv with two TVs. There is a living room and sitting room each enclosed with ceiling to floor windows with panorama views of the Pacific. There is also a dining room with large dining table.

Thank you! We enjoyed the views. Great for bird watching! Easy to find and very spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed, but keep in mind you will need to bring your own coffee and condiments. Showers were nice! Beds were all extremely firm.

This property was wonderful. The view of the bay and birdwatching was incredible from the top deck. A/C in the bedrooms allowed for a great nights rest. Finding the property was a little tricky with google maps, but it was worth the trip!

View is amazing! The host was very responsive with questions.However, we would likely not stay here again. There's a lot of safety concerns if you have young kids. There is a window in the bedroom that does not lock, and can easily be opened by kids and they could fall out (we kept the door locked). Kids need to be watched on the deck as the gaps between the slats are large and my 4 and 8 year old could have easily fit through them. Stairs going up to the third story deck are in poor shape with a couple of them sagging badly. Much of the deck furniture is very dilapidated, so we did not use it lest we accidentally break it just from sitting on it. Showers need attention. Two of them the water just sprinkles out of various holes sporadically. Master bath doesn't come out of the holes at all, but seeps in the front edge. Downstairs shower is either all hot or all cold, nothing in between.The wifi signal is VERY weak. We ended up just using our phones as hotspots. Washing machine dishwasher need maintenance. The listing shows 2 king sized beds, but the bed in the downstairs in a queen. All beds are extremely firm and the king size bed sags in the middle. A couple of the large windows in the master bedroom don't have window coverings, so be prepared for the room to be fully lit when the sun comes up.The driveway is EXTREMELY steep. Even with 4WD vehicles we had some difficulty with it.

The views were stunning as advertised. we had 9 adults, with 3 cars, staying in the house for a long weekend. parking was available, but in a common area. we weren't your normal tourists eating at restaurants every day. we instead shopped at the nearby grocery stores and prepared our own food.

A Great Place to Start & End Your Day in Playas del Coco!

Thank you for a wonderful stay in Playas del Coco. This 3 bedroom villa on the hillside above town was perfect for our group of 7. We loved the views, sunsets, pool, and multiple level patios. Having breakfast up on the top level covered patio was a great start to everyday and coming "home" in the evening for a swim and sunset cocktail were definitely highlights. Although the house felt secluded, you are just a 5 minute drive from town, the beach, and all the necessities. We appreciated the inclusion of beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, and a cooler. In addition the hosts, Roger and Nuria were helpful and accommodating. There are a couple small details that could use a little attention, but overall a great house and a great stay!

Great place to stay - comfortable, quiet, and great view

This place was really nice, pretty much just like the pictures show it. It's in a quiet neighborhood. It had all the utensils you'd want. The big beds were all firm, comfortable matresses. And of course the view is beautiful, especially from the upper levels of the home.The host was very responsive to communication/questions and we had one minor issue that the handyman Roger addressed very quickly.The last 1KM to the property is maybe 50% dirt/gravel road, with significant potholes. The driveway is steep to get up to the property, but that part is paved. We had a midsize SUV and had no problem. Not sure how a small car would've fared, but it could've made it I think. We came at the end of the dry season.There are some neighboring properties, but the owners are friendly. They had some dogs, but we barely heard them bark - they were super friendly.Overall 100% satisfied and would definitely stay there again!

Des vacances merveilleuses

Nous avons réservé pour 2 mois et durant cette période nos enfants et petits-enfants sont venus à tour de rôle passer des vacances avec nous. Notre groupe a varié de deux à six personnes et c’était très bien. Enfants et petits-enfants en haut et grands-parents en bas. La situation géographique est parfaite et la vue est un gros plus. Il y a tout ce qu’on avait besoin pour cuisiner et le fait de pouvoir faire faire le ménage au besoin nous a permis de profiter davantage de nos vacances Je recommande cette location à tous ceux qui recherche une maison bien située avec de l’espace pour plusieurs personnes.Merci à Nuria pour son aide, à Jessica et Roger pour l’entretien et les informations; vous formez une belle équipe

L’emplacement et la vue sont très appréciés

Nous sommes ici pour 6 semaines de plus, très contents de la situation géographique car il y a beaucoup de belles plages dans les environs et plusieurs épiceries à proximité. La maison est propre, grande et il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Nous sommes ravis d’être ici pour un long séjour de 8 semaines.

Amazing house with a even better view

This house is an absolute steal for the price. It has an amazing view. We had three kids with our group and they were in the pool every day that we got back from the beach or other activities. The house was also well stocked with cooking supplies. Check in process was extremely easy and the communication with the hosts was also very easy and they were quick to respond to all of our questions. Will recommend and stay here again in the future.

Affordable Paradise

Overall our stay was fantastic. For the value of the property, especially since there are no hidden fees like other listings do to give you a false daily price. There price was whatbit was listed to checkout. The house was great, you may want a 4x4 like.we had to access it especially in green season. The pool was small but perfect, you dont really need a huge pool, the waterfall accent was nice as well. The home is set up for large families and there is plenty of sleeping space for ten as they advertise. Any problems we had they were ready to assist. And all suggestions on improvements were happily received. I would fully recomend this property to anybody especially if you want a million dollar view without a huge price. Get it while you can, if the house is updated it will fetch much more.

Seven Days in May

The property was great. The property manager, Nuria was great and very helpful. Everything was clean and both bath and beach towels were provided. The home has a washer and dryer, which came in handy. One opportunity for improvement are the bedroom doors. They rub on the floor and some of them do not latch. A handyman could correct that easily. My only complaint is that there was construction work going on every day at the home next door. Some mornings they started at 5:30AM or 6AM, so a bit early for us. During the day it wasn’t an issue because we were gone most of the time. Overall, though, I really enjoyed our stay.

Big house with nice view

Nuria gave great instructions & getting into the house was very easy. The house was very clean & had great air conditioning, both which we really appreciated. We cooked in every night & the kitchen had everything we needed. For us it was a great location; close to grocery stores & the beach. Having a 4 wheel drive car helped to get up the hill every day.

Amazing Experience!

Our stay was fabulous! It was the perfect home for us as there is enough space for privacy (we were a group of 2 couples). We had the bedroom on the lower level and they had the master bedroom upstairs. Amazing ocean views! We logged many hours in the beautiful pool to cool off. The owner Michael, was excellent to deal with and very responsive before our arrival. Nuria, the property manager, and Roger, her assistant went above and beyond during our stay. It was reassuring knowing they were around to take care of us! The kitchen had ample dishes, pots and pans, etc. We found that the Wifi worked well for our needs! All 3 bathrooms are a good size. I would suggest that a hairdryer be added to each of them, as we never thought to bring one. There is a nice, full sized gas barbecue, where we enjoyed grilling dinner. We had 2 rental cars with space to park. Very safe, well kept and friendly little community. We loved our stay there and would love to return.

Love it!

I really recommend this place. The house is beautiful and clean. Great location from the beach and downtown. There is a supermarket near by. The kids loved the pool and felt comfortable swimming in it since its not that deep. My family and I enjoyed our stay at the coco house. The owner is very friendly and responded very quickly. We will definitely rent this house in the future. Los recomiendo! La casa muy limpia y muy cerca al centro y la playa. Los niños quedaron encantados con la piscina. Definitivamente rentaríamos esta casa otra vez!

House was perfect for us!

We were 2 couples traveling together. The layout of the house was great for this as 1 couple upstairs (king bed) and 1 couple downstairs (queen bed). There is also a nice room upstairs with multiple beds. We used the pool a lot and the waterfall feature is a very relaxing sound. The Maintenance guy, Roger was super nice and very helpful. Also location great. Very close to town. The view is amazing being up high. We would stay here again and highly recommend.
