It was a little rundown on the outside, but the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was a very simple hotel but it was only a mile and a half from spac and about a mile and a half from the racetrack perfect lay your head down for a night or two.

The rooms are so much nicer than in the past and the renovations are going well. The location cannot be beaten and it’s a very comfortable and easy stay. The rooms are very basic but clean and upgraded. I’ve always been a CC fan and will continue to come

Then rooms were small and very basic and the motel is under a renovation. The Motel is right in the middle of town though and clean and a very affordable alternative to rooms that cost 3Xs as much in season in Saratoga. No pool, no ice maker, but great Wifi and new smart TV's and better TV selection then most hotels. It was clean and they are trying, I just wanted a clean nice place to sleep in town that didn't cost a small fortune and was very happy with my stay.

This is a motel that is under construction the rooms were poorly remodeled and still in need of repair. The ac ‘s do not work, toilet seat unattached, shower door falling off and windows with no screens. The only thing keeping this place in business is the events in the area.

This is an older motel that is under renovation. It looks sketchy on the outside. My room was clean and presentable. The staff didn't speak English but the AI phone translator did it's job. I had to use my card over the phone and did not get a receipt for the two night stay. Am checking my bank account for the charges.

The property is under renovation. A work in progress. The room was updated nicely but the heat source was a portable electric heater. Not safe and should be reported to code enforcement. The property is completely remotely staffed. I had to contact the management number posted on the door because I did not receive my room number or entry code prior to my arrival.

Beautiful room, however theres no staff and you must call them for every need. Shower was clogged so wasn’t really pleasant to step into but doable. Small tv for the size of the room , not the greatest wifi connection either. Didnt leave enough coffee packets or shampoos. There was no room cleaning even though i asked. Just a nice room in a convenient place.

BEWARE!! The community Court is a complete fraud. It's in disrepair and appears to be abandoned. We tried twice to check in but there is no one present at the Motel. It looks like a crime scene and no one is ever there. We tried the number on the door and the recording stated the number is out of order. A complete misrepresentation of what appears in the listing.

The renovation completed inside the room was very nicely thought out with the space available. The bathroom was especially modern, clean and had big shower. The two queen beds were clean and very comfortable. The outside of the motel is deceiving as it gives camp vibes. I would have enjoyed an ice machine, snack machine and a coffee maker with better choices of coffee with creamer. The motel is so close to SPAC which was a huge plus. The lack of an office or staff at a desk was odd, but we were helped by a very friendly guy in an adjoining room. Remember to read the notices on the office door if you miss the emails. Parking was plentiful.

This is a good place to stay for a one night stay. If you’re planning on staying a few days, find somewhere else. The rooms are decent for a Motel but you can tell they were redone quickly. The shower head and the soap holder were basically coming off the wall and needs to be tightened. The water also leaked under the glass wall of the shower and made the floor soaking wet. The towels were really small and there was no shampoo or soap, only a very small bottle of conditioner so bring toiletries. The hot water handle was cold water and the cold water handle was hot water. Took us a while to figure that out and were thinking we had no hot water at first. The TV kept on freezing and not working properly. The floors of the room were definitely not swept or cleaned recently. Trying to contact the place to ask about the hot water and everything else was a nightmare, you can only send a message and hope they answer (which they didn’t). The only good thing was I was able to check in a bit early but it took 10 min for the access code to be sent so if you plan on trying to check in ahead, call about 20 minutes before you actually arrive. The place is obviously under construction right now but didn’t have any problems with sound or anything however you can clearly hear your neighbors in the room next to you. Very close to downtown so location is good. There’s also no closet or place to hang anything besides a few coat hooks

Property was under renovation, which was not disclosed. First room we were given had significant roof leaks and they tried to move us to a “worker’s “ room. Finally found us another room that was vacant. Room was clean but the bathroom sink leaked when used and the shower door was not hinged properly. There is no staff on site so everything had to be corrected by phone with a central booking system. There was a nice gentleman on site who did do maintenance and tried his best to help. The trip was a last minute decision so we jumped at the price which was low for the time of year…should have been a red flag. Then to top it off, they tried to double charge us! Proves the old saying “it was too good to be true”.
