Husband and I stayed her for 2 weeks & especially enjoyed the beach being so close. Shopping & restaurants within nice walk. Beautiful sunsets. House comfortable & met our expectations

HUMPTY DUMPTY

Bedsheet had sex stains. I had to buy new sheets. Tile floors were cracked and broken. Had to put up a sheet as a curtain in the bedroom to keep out the security lights.

Christmas vacation

Our Christmas vacation was great here! We arrived a few hours early before check in and they allowed us to go ahead and enter the property! A few updates need to be made to the house but other than that it is a great location especially for the beach!

Great stay!

Cute little place that was perfect for our stay. Walking distance to restaurants, beach and mangrove kayaking. Driving distance to other beaches, including Siesta Key. Place had everything we needed.

Can't beat the location. Host very communicative and helpful. Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and cookware, but make sure you buy your own coffee supplies.

Great location

House is decent. Could use a little updating. The beds are comfortable. Place was clean and everything worked. This is a great location across the street from the public beach in a nice neighborhood. . There are sand chairs leftover out front but they are all broken. Not a big deal; owners should throw them away.

Decent location

A bit dated, close to beach, good value for the location. If you want 4 stars stay at the Hyatt. If you want a beach shack and ready to have fun it’s a good location. Walkable to the circle and very close to beach.

Wonderful place

The house was in a very quiet area only a short walk to the beach. Have everything from chairs, umbrellas, a boogie board and pool noodles with a cart to haul it all. Was a wonderful family vacation!

Private Sweet Spot

Quiet, private, bright in bedrooms due to all night lighting from property next door, lots of kitchen supplies, including bottled water and coffee filters, short walk to public beach, good supply of towels, nice property owner, could use a little updating but not bad at all, we’d stay again.

Bring your quarters for the laundry!

Much to our surprise the washer/dryer were outside! They were coin operated! I don't recall the description stating this odd thing. We had no quarters and I would not use appliances that are outside!! The rule was that we were to leave the place clean; but we paid a cleaning fee. The queen bed had an odor to it. The air conditioning was great and the ceiling fans were a nice surprise. The water smelled and tasted bad but we bought bottled water so no problem.
