Newly remodeled home with three beds and two full bathrooms. Two very spacious living areas, dining room, kitchen dinette. Beautiful kitchen with new appliances and extended bar area.

Nice Weekly Rental with minor issues.(AC unit was a little old but works, internet was out for the stay but not the owner fault) House is on the older side with good interior updates. Neighborhood is mix of older homes that are not up-keep somewhat. Overall OK for my family and Kids

Nice, clean property close to beaches with all the amenities of home. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had and promptly resolved a couple of minor maintenance issues that popped up during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Weekend Getaway

Great stay in beautiful Sarasota

We recently stayed at a beautiful VRBO home in Sarasota, Florida, and it exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect—just a five-minute drive from the beach, which made our daily trips to the shore so convenient. The house itself was immaculate, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. What truly made our experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring that all our questions were answered promptly and that we had everything we needed. Their attention to detail and hospitality made us feel right at home.

10/10 Amazing house and short drive to beach

We loved how the house was set up. The kitchen is in the middle then you have a living and dining area with bedroom on one side and the same set up on the other side. It was very clean and very cute! The beach chairs and wagon were really nice to use. It’s a very short drive to the beach 5-10 minutes. I would 100% stay here again. Everything was very clean and they provide extra beach towels. Loved having the washer and dryer also. The outdoor shower was great when coming back from the beach rinsing all the sand off.

Nice house, wonderful host and great location.

The house is a great 2/2 ranch with a nice "Florida" room and a nice paver patio. The house was clean and well appointed with anything you might need. The only things I did not like was the old and uncomfortable furniture in the family room with two small recliners from the 1980's, an old couch that felt like concrete and the king size bed in the master is a lumpy memory foam type mattress. The host Chris was outstanding in addressing one major issue we had with a broken A/C unit. Chris had his repairman come fix the problem within a 2 hour window. Unfortunately we stayed there through a tropical storm/hurricane "Debby" and as a result had a roof leak into the kitchen from the relentless 36 hours of torrential rain. The location of the house is perfect as you are about a 10 minute trip to the public parking lot of Siesta Key Beach and being right off Tamiami you are very close to everything else you might want or need yet in a quiet neighborhood. Chris went out of his way to compensate us for the A/C and roof leak issue and was always responsive via text.

Awesome Property and Great Host

This was the best house we’ve stayed at. It was well decorated with very good updates and on a quiet street. It had tons of room for everyone to spread out and very comfortable. The host was great as well. We had forgotten some beach stuff and they saved us by letting us borrow a few things. 100% recommend this property and would stay there again on another trip.

Well appointed house, good location

Owner has taken good care of home. You feel like they are just away for the week and gave you the house for that time. The appliances appear to be new. Plenty of dishes, silverware, spices, etc. Nice air conditioned porch. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend!

My husband and i decided to add a few days to our destin trip and head futher south. We found this house located literally less than 10 min drive to the beach. The reviews said it was clean and it didnt disappoint. The house was absolutely perfect. It had everything we needed and the bed was super comfy!

Very convenient location

Incredible location in a quiet neighborhood in Sarasota! If you have a car it’s really close to lido and siesta beach, with various restaurants, and grocery stores near the area as well. The house is beautiful with two comfortable rooms each with their respective bathroom. It was clean and well maintained. You have an outdoor shower when you come back from the beach and a really nice patio. It has everything you need. It was a pleasure staying here.
