Inside, spread out in two living rooms with smart TVs and cook in the fully stocked kitchen. The home has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms: a queen bed in the primary bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, and two full beds in the third. The primary bedroom has a workspace with monitors and a printer, supported by 1 Gbps Wi-Fi. A washer and dryer are available.

Parking includes a small garage and two driveways. Beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and toys are provided. Enjoy the quiet street, bay views down the road, and Phillippi Estate Park next door with a paddleboard launch.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the whole house and fenced yard, including the pool and patio. Self check-in details will be sent before arrival.

Other things to note
Stays are often 14+ nights Nov–Feb and 30+ nights from April onward. A car is recommended: Siesta Key Beach is about a 4-minute drive, and downtown Sarasota is about 12–15 minutes away.

Pool & beach sand policy: Please rinse all beach sand off feet, bodies, and beach gear at the outdoor hose before entering the pool or coming inside. Fine Siesta Key sand clogs the pool filter and can damage the pump and heater; if sand in the pool requires an extra pool-service or filter-cleaning visit, guests are responsible for the actual vendor service cost (typically $150–$250, billed with the vendor invoice).

Weekly pool service and landscaping take place with notice. Pool heating Nov–Apr to about 82–84°F is included at no extra charge. Complimentary mid-stay cleaning is included on request for longer stays; message us to schedule it. Electricity, water and Wi-Fi are included. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Strictly no pets, no parties/events, and no smoking. For guest safety, an exterior security camera monitors the front entrance only (zero interior or pool/backyard cameras).
