Què no li ha agradat: Neteja, comoditats i estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
The hotel was aesthetically pleasing to the eye. However the rooms are not practical. The shower makes a huge mess and constantly dripped. bidet did not work, there is no place to charge your electrical toothbrush. There is only one small bin in the bathroom. No amenities in the room. There is no sitting area or stools in the room you can only sit on the bed. From a females perspective it can be very inconvenient to get dressed due to the limitations.
Additionally we had a terrible first day we came to dirty bedding, no towels, not the room we expected. Our shower was broken. We had issues with our card to get into the room. We were dismissed by the receptionist at that time. We later came back to a huge leak in our room, we were expected to pack and move.
We had a lovely receptionist Richard who helped us with this and gave us a room with two
Mirrors. However we were not offered any upgrades considering the inconvenience that was caused.
I was disappointed with the fact that it is advised as a spa hotel. However there is no spa or treatment options. Which was a dealbreaker for me as my sole purpose to book this hotel was for that.
I would like to also add that although the hotel can do with a lot more improvement but the views are beautiful
